Good sound bar, bad service

Very disappointed that I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone at the store (twice) to have Geek Squad install. Kept getting a recoding that they were too busy and to call back! Therefore, I had someone else do it. Missed opportunity for Best Buy, will rethink future purchases.

Excellent Soundbar

This soundbar teams well with the TV and produces excellent sound. I believe I made a great purchase!!!

Good soundbar with various sound options

The various options work well. Game mode is super awesome. Overall a good soundbar. Im happy with the purchase.

It really makes shows and movies feel like you are at a movie theater!! My favorite option is the DTS which isn’t on both the soundbar and TV and my oh my the sounds that come from it. Even my wife was amazed at the quality and was stunned when sounds were being thrown off towards the back of us.
