I am sorry to see that you are not completely happy with the performance of the HW-Q850T sound system featuring audio-enhancing technologies like Acoustic Beam for directional sound, Adaptive Sound mode to optimize content, and wireless subwoofer for deep bass.
You can try manually optimizing your settings by pressing the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing STANDARD, SURROUND SOUND, GAME PRO, or ADAPTIVE SOUND.
You can further adjust TREBLE, BASS, CENTER LEVEL, FRONT TOP LEVEL, and REAR LEVEL via the SOUND CONTROL button (looks like a gear symbol).

I also loved that they offered a bundle package deal to get both. Would definitely purchase again!

The design is unobtrusive and looks great with our flat screen.

The sound bar itself has amazing sound and the 3D surround sound is great to. However the subwoofer is lacking power in my opinion.

Everything is compatiable and is very easy to hook up to the tv. I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to buy my electronics from here in the future.

More than loud enough, full bass, I have the back speaker’s too perfect and super easy hookup.

He was looking for a sound bar compatible with our tv and this one was perfect. Great sound and a wireless subwoofer. 100% recommended.

Hooked up to my QLED Samsung TV with no problem. Like that I am able to use bluetooth to play music from my iPhone as well when not watching TV.

Few things that I need were not available and I am not sure when I will be able to buy Also I was supposed to get $300.00 to buy. I have not received any information about that.

Multiple sound settings and the addition of Wireless Rear Speakers completes the system and is a snap to setup.

A big selling point is the ability to add the wireless rear speakers in the future. I used this to replace an older surround system. The sound quality is every bit as good.
