LOVE/HATE Speakers

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the speakers in June, they were great and I loved them so I purchased the rear speakers and it made such a huge difference. All of a sudden last month I started to hear crackling coming out of the soundbar and now the subwoofer bass sound is starting to come in and out. Last night I noticed that the subwoofer wasn't working at all. Had gone into Best Buy just to ask if they had any more in stock so we could trade it in, but the boy that was helping said that we old need to bring it in and they would have to send it out for repair and didn't know how long that would take. I just want to cry!!! Now I have a soundbar that crackles, a subwoofer that sometimes works and the rear speakers don't always want to work either. I have a Vizio soundbar that I bought 5 years ago that works amazingly well with great sound. I spent so much money on this system, only for it to DO THIS 3 months later and then not have anything because it needs to get sent in for repairs instead of switching it out for a new one like they used to. I guess their policies have changed and the reason I shopped at Best Buy was because there was zero hassle in case something happened to my product that was under warranty, they would replace it immediately or upgrade if it wasn't in stock. Now I have to call Samsung directly to see if THEY can help me because Best Buy changed their warranty policies.

Exactly what i wanted

The sim is pretty solid for the size, you can feel it rumble. Paired this with the Samsung wireless rear speakers and it’s perfect.

Great quality, Zero extra features

I also have a Samsung TV and I can't get the HDMI Arc port to work AT ALL so i had to go Optical. It will work fine for a bit and then all of a sudden it will switch the input. The quality is amazing but theres no voice control compatibility and no Wi-Fi connectivity so it's not a Smart device and you can't connect it with SmartThings which is crazy IMO. Still considering returning and exchanging it.

Thank you for purchasing the HW-Q60T and for your review. The best way to connect your soundbar is by HDMI. There are two ways (1) by connecting a device to your soundbar, then connecting the soundbar to the TV, or (2) by using ARC.

Not bad

Best sound bar for Samsung
