    The knobs block pots in the back burners. I had to buy smaller pots so it won’t hit the knobs

    I returned this stove. When I used the oven, the glass top got so hot (in the front part) that you can’t touch the glass top. So I returned and they brought me another one. It did the same thing. Plastic from a loaf of bread would melt on the glass top. I couldn’t sit anything on top while using oven. So I returned this on too.

    We were sold this item as open box with a ‘small dent’ that was purchased sight unseen. The salesperson gave me the thumbs up that the appliance was ok! Looked good. When this stove arrived it had a HUGE dent on the backside. We could not open the back panel to attach the plugs because the screw was dented into the oven. It works. We hope it will continue to work! Fingers crossed.

    Choose a different electric range with air fryer!

    This is one of the worst purchases that I have ever made. The air fryer leaves fries soggy, and I have not attempted it on anything else due to so many poor results with fries. It bakes pizza and other food unevenly. The stovetop is difficult to clean. The “fast boil” feature does not seem fast, and the burners take a long time to cool down.

    the stove is good but the surface top tends to have a film build up and is hard to clean

    Biggest waste of money

    The biggest mistake I ever made was getting rid of my coil stove top and buying this. Takes forever to heat up, and the larger burners never really get to a "high" temperature. The burners get red, then turn off, then turn red, then turn off, etc. The oven takes forever to heat to temp and I have to add at least 10 minutes to every meal to assure proper cooking. Shall we talk about all the extra time just to clean it? To keep this top clean is a chore in itself! Let me just say, without getting into detail, it sucks! Have to use certain pans, special cleaners, and it has to be cleaned after each and every use. I have gone through more razor blades than I can count just to scrape it clean! If it didn't cost ~$1000 I would have thrown this in the dump!

    Item didnt even last us two years. The Samsung logo name just wiped off like an old food stain. Unimpressed with air fryer features which were barely used. This brand needs to do better with appliances for these prices.

    Worst stove I have ever had. Oven rack spaces are so big a potato will fall Thru when baking. Have to turn lengthwise. The burners just don’t work! One in the back actually “feels” like it is in place of desired heat , the others are sloppy and don’t “click” into a selection. Rapid boil just is a joke. Just over all low quality junk. Very surprised at Samsung. Although I bought washer and dryer by Samsung this passed year and had NOTHING but issues with the washer. So not sure what’s going on there. Over all I would never recommend this stove.

    Avoid Samsung!

    This oven will not hold its temperature. It heats to the desired temperature, but if you cancel and reenter the temperature you want, it comes back 30 to 50 degrees lower. They gave me the run around for repair and finally told me no one in my area can service it. they finally replaced it with a new one. The new one does the exact same thing! Now my Samsung refrigerator quit and they want me to go through the same crazy process of them searching for someone to service it!

    Absolute garbage, as is Samsung and Best Buy. After very first use, the top started bubbling. Also had issues with our refrigerator and microwave oven within first few months of owning. Had the stove top replaced, new one did the same thing. Scheduled an exchange through Samsung and Best Buy, they scheduled a refrigerator exchange instead of oven, and then never showed up. Now giving us the run around and won't help. Will NEVER purchase from Best Buy nor any Samsung appliances again.

    When I purchased this appliance I was told earliest delivery was January 21st. After checking 2 weeks later I found that delivery was now available much earlier actually in December. I have called twice at this stage and after having spent much time on hold was told someone would call me back to assist with my delivery and then nothing.

    Its the second time this happens the oven doesn't keep the cooking temperature. And this one is a replacement for the one i got 6 months ago. Sorry if you want to cook at 400 this is not for you

    after 3 months it stopped working. No heat from the stovetop, no heat in the oven. That fact makes it kind of useless. Of course this happened the day before renters came in. Best buy was good and sent a replacement within a week.

    I thought when we kicked our Frigidaire out the door, that Samsung would be a better fit for our family, especially after pouring over reviews by the hundreds. But I was wrong; we made another wrong purchase. The top burners heat nicely, but if you get one speck of food on the glass top, good luck trying to scrape it off. I tried glass top cleaners from many different companies. I even tried a razor blade, but food just adheres to the top. And I'm a neat freak! So the food that splatters when I'm not looking is what's killing me. Also, as much as I like the convection oven feature, we still have to turn down the temp 15 degrees from what the recipe says (we also cook things about 5 minutes shorter, otherwise food burns.) NOT HAPPY, and it's only 3 years old. I have 2 more reviews to write. Please save yourselves some money, and DO NOT purchase Samsung ANYTHING. Then you won't have to write these sad reviews like I am today... Good luck!
