The glasstop is impossible to keep spotless- I wipe and scrub it down, using a razer blade, and it still has permanent black marks on it, making it look quite used/beat up even after a few months. the top is also SUPER hot and even the lowest setting can keep soup boiling, which makes it hard to cook delicate things. I have a removable thermometer inside the oven & the calibration is easily 50 degrees too hot, baking anything delicate like cookies or cakes is near impossible. In addition, I've talked to many baker friends and they don't understand how this is possible since its a convection oven, but there are hot and cold spots inside the oven. roasting veggies, the perimeter of the pan will be roasted and the inside contents will not be. Again, this makes baking delicate things where you shouldn't be opening the door often, very challenging. I feel like my cheap oven from my last cheap apartment was far easier to manage.

NO INSTRUCTION Manual or guidance

There is only a manual with no helpful information, like how to use the air fryer or convectional oven. No instructions or guidance whatsoever! Tried to download on best buy website no luck. Can not find anything useful on internet. Very disappointed in Samsung, I love my other purchases but this is a poor representation from Samsung.
