The rapid boil option has been very handy to have. It also has a heating station which is great to keep food warm. The oven has a wide view door so you can really see your food while it is in the oven. The price is very reasonable also.

It cooks faster than my old one in the oven and even on the stove top. For a recipe that I used to use #2 for a recipe (low), I now have to use the " low" setting. My old one was a convection, as well, so I'm not sure why, but I will get used to it Just thought I'd give new buyers a heads up!
