Absolutely love this stove. Cooks everything perfectly even. Has both convection and convention oven. Downside I'd say is keeping it clean. Every spot shows on a black surface. Gaps on grates could've been less separated to prevent wobbling of small pots.

Looks good and functions well so far. Happy with the performance. Just unable to install the child tip protection due to the location/height of the gas line connection which blocks the oven from being able to go far enough back to the wall to use them...may be specific to our older home.

This is a great replacement for my old stove. The best thing I like is that the timer is loud enough for me to hear if I am in other areas of the house. The only thing I do not enjoy is the flame when turning it on to cook. It almost seems to jump out unexpectedly. It is difficult to explain but alarming enough to mention. As soon as I turn the knob, there is a three click warning before the flame comes out and immediately, I have to adjust. The other thing That is not a favorite is cleaning. The coating seems to be enamel... maybe... I have tried a couple of different cleaners, and so far, I’ve settled with soft scrub. If you have teenagers/young adults that cook but don’t or partially clean up after themselves, depending on what they prepared, you may have a tough time trying to wipe dried marinara or oatmeal.

Great Range oven works great. For the price I got it for it's a steal.

I really like the stove. The convection oven is great. I find the oven controls not user friendly. Also the grates are heavy and hard to clean. I could put my old ones in the dishwasher, it not these. They are too large to fit in the sink,

We really love this range. After cooking on electric for quite some time, it is taking a little getting used to cooking with gas, but the learning curve seems successful! It is very attractive, easy to clean, and just plain marvelous!

It's a beautiful stove and I am really enjoying the convectional aspects of the oven.......HOWEVER it took 3 weeks and 3 visits to the Conyer's Store before it was delivered. They were unprofessional and one female Manager as downright rude.

We tried for a couple of months to buy this exact range from 3 Home Improvement stores closer to home, but they were not able to get it for us. I decided to check with Best Buy online and found out that I could actually get this Range shipped to the closest Best Buy Store in 3 days. The purchase was completed online in less that 10 minutes, we got e-mail notification in 1 day that it was on it's way to the Muncy PA Store, and e-mail notification 2 days later that we could pick it up on Sunday. The process of getting this range took less than 8 minutes and the 2 Best Buy guy's had it loaded and we were on our way home in 1 more minute. This is what I consider to be exceptional customer service that set's an example for all others to follow.

Saw this oven in Consumer Reports as a recommended oven... So far, so good... It works great, the only minor complaint I have is that it can be tough to keep clean. Every little thing can be seen on the black oven top.

We made nine pancakes and the nonstick tray that goes on top of this stove. They didn’t burn and stick at all. I like the convection part of this oven because it creates a crispier pizza and a faster cook time on my meatloaf!

Used for several months we have enjoyed the ease with which we learned how to use this range. Fantastically easy to clean and cooks food efficiency. We have just about used every feature more than once. Highly recommend.

You don't know how bad an old stove is until you have a new one... no crazy bells and whistles on this one, but still quite the upgrade for us! Different burners, including simmer and power burner, so everything gets the right cook.

I recently made this purchase. Although I'm still navigating the different features of the range I've not been disappointed yet. I'm looking forward to using the convection oven features. Just in time for some holiday baking.

I love cooking on this stove and I do not like to cook. The many features are so easy to use. I especially love the pizza and convection roast settings. I have not tried them all but I certainly will. Very efficient. Just love it.

Great condition, easy to use ,set up easily, great price

I replaced an older white stove with this black stainless stove to match a Samsung refrigerator that i also purchased at Best Buy. It looks very nice. I get compliments on it. It is easy to use and works great so far.

We were replacing a 23 year old gas range and oven that came with our house. The top burners stopped lighting and we heard a loud pop, so we figured it was time to finally replace it. The difference in this unit is night and day. It is crazy how much heat the front right burner puts out to boil water or cook things quickly. I’ve learned that I really need to use the simmer burner in the back to control the heat. I usually start something up front with the high heat and get it boiling quickly, then move the pan to the back burner to simmer. I’ve used the oven a couple of times and it heats quicker as well. I’m looking forward to using the self clean function, but have not had to use it yet. The unit looks great and performs better.

Sleek & Modern range. Always appreciate the quality, appearance & functionality of Samsung products. While I haven't had the ability to use each of the functions I know that they will all work out perfectly.

Once we received the stove and it was setup-installed, we have used it every day and we LOVE it. It is a great stove and we are happy we chose this particular one. My daughter has the same stove in her home.

I've had this oven for a little over a month and I am enjoying it so far but I haven't used many of the features because there are no instructions for them, specifically, convection features do not offer tips for conversion (so I have to find recipes specifically calling for convection) to use and the there is a button labeled "pizza" but there is nothing in the manual/instructions that defines what this button does or even the pre-set temperature if there is one. I have a few pet peeves about this product too, namely the burner covers are very lightweight, to the point that they routinely fall off when wiping up the stove top. Similarly, when cleaning, I have turned on the burner because I am short and my body rests on the knobs and so they turn on because they are metal colored plastic and not metal which takes a bit more effort to switch on. I think the product is good, especially since I bought it when it was on sale for $400 off; had I paid full price, I would be disappointed by the purchase. This oven is nice and it is probably best suited for someone that has experience with convection cooking. The oven heats quickly and works as expected even with the flaws outlined in this review.
