It has many features my old stove did not and I am learning more about it everyday. The delivery service was exceptional! The young men were kind, courteous and on time. They were respectful in that they wore their mask and did not leave any mess/dirt on the way in and out removing the old stove. Thank you Best Buy and a huge thanks to the delivery/installation team. I wish I remembered their names. I refer all my friends.

It is a learning curve to use convection oven, only reason for 4 star is cleaning the stainless steel areas on the range.

The griddle in the center is a huge hit. The only trouble is then you have to use smaller pans on the outside burners, which isn't a huge issue, just not what I was expecting.

Have not used the convection portion yet but enjoy the burners and griddle.
