    after nearly a month i still can not install my stove. NO ONE mentioned or the online info NEVER said the only outlet compatible for the electronic portion of this stove was a common 3 prong plug the convection oven being replace was a dedicated electric line that was not compatible with the 3 prong plug.... i am now calling electrians to have a NEW outlet installed which will call me hundreds of dollars........ i would have purchased another model if your information was correct
