    Good product, flames spurt out when you turn the stove on. it is tiring to keep it clean and keep the stainless steel from having a smudgy appearance

      Hi there,
      I see you are having issues with keeping your stainless steel clean. I can help with that. When you clean the surface you want to use a water and baking soda paste. You will leave this on this surface and when you wipe it off use a microfiber towel dipped in white distilled vinegar. Once your surface is clean of any debris, use a dish detergent diluted with water and clean the surface thoroughly. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad Samsung

    overall very good but if your using the griddle it can kind of shunt out your pans on the sides making only half the burner hit them
