    Broken Knob in less than 2 years

    I love the color. It's been 14 months since I've had it however, a knob has already broken. I am disappointed that I'm already having malfunctions so soon after purchase. As if today that has been my only complaint.

    Nice but issues with oven temp

    Looks nice but, food takes too long to cook in the oven. The gauge tells you that the oven is temp is set but i think its off. I am going to purchase a gauge to check it inside temp. I miss my old oven....

    I love a gas top stove duel fuel in times of blackouts. However it's just in and a space had to be carved to place it in. 30" My last Kenmore lasted 20 years. 5-star rating. I hope the same for this Samsung.

    The first delivery was a damaged product. It took hours and multiple calls to reschedule the delivery. Then the installer told me a day before the delivery that I have to pay $120 for inspection.

    U didn't fulfill my 1st order made me wait til the date of delivery only for u to cancel it. So I had to order it again. I have 4 kids there is 6 of us with no oven for over 2 weeks plus...

    Is not very easy to clean.it stain very easily. The oven panel is complicated to lock the door or to choose the best temperature in the control panel.

    BUYER BEWARE! I purchased this range 13 months ago and it worked great until the oven quit working. We contacted Samsung and they agreed to extend our warranty and fix the oven. The problem is that in North Central Indiana, they do not have anyone within 100 miles that will service the product. So we are left with a beautiful range that is NOT functional. So beware, depending upon your location, your warranty may be completely useless. My advice....STEER CLEAR of Samsung. I wish that I had taken the advice of family who said they had heard horror stories about appliances from the company.

    I was so in love with this stove when I purchased it, But am disappointed with the quality of the pilots and burners.the stove is only 4 months old, And now the stove knobs are melting. Next time Ill have to purchase in-house so I can inspect the quailty of the hardware before purchasing.

    Samsung is no longer in the class of premium, built to last appliances. We purchased this oven and range 1 year and 1 month ago. Here's our experience: - 1 month after we bought it, the oven light broke - 6 months after we bought it, the heating started taking longer and longer - Now, it takes up to 2 hours to heat to 400F Samsung will not fix the issue, because our warranty expired 1 month ago. We've had similar problems with our Samsung fridge having serious issues just barely past the 1 year mark. Samsung is engineering and selling devices to last just long enough to scrape past their warranty. If you want to spend $900 for a range you'll have for 1 year, then I guess it's a fine range for that amount of time.

    Extremely Disappointed is an understatement

    Finalized the kitchen remodel and installed this oven a week before Thanksgiving. Purchase date was on 08/02/2020. The oven fan is no longer working on Bake mode as of today after barely using it a couple times. Now I have to begin the process of contacting Samsung or someone to come and take a look at this. Not a cheap purchase and hoping that the one year manufacturer warranty will cover it. I am extremely disappointed in this purchase.

      Hi there,
      I see you are having concerns with your Samsung Range. The convection fan will only run in Convection Bake mode. When using Bake, it will be the traditional bake function with no fan once preheated. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad Samsung

    I would give ZERO stars if I could! We bought on 7/5/21 and the oven igniter has gone out. A tech came out and quote us $500 for the repair and this oven is 5 months old. The tech said Samsung makes it difficult for repairs to be done so most techs won’t work on it. I am now oine to speak to Samsungs warranty dept and I’m 156 in line. Worst experience ever.

    DANGER ZONE

    DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. I bought in January 2021, the stove was defective. The technician found that th stove had 2 faulty gas leak valves. (DANGEROUS) I smell the leak when the stove was first installed, but I chalked it up to the newness. Thank goodness for the plumber...he confirmed it was in fact a gas leak. I been w/out a stove for over 2 months, while Samsung tries to fix the defect. Needless to say, I do not want the stove. So, this brand new stove had cost me a lot more money then I paid. Save yourself time, money and your life. DO NOT BUY THIS DANGEROUS STOVE.

    Burners are too big. They heat up sides and handles on pots as well as microwave over range. Also, when reaching over to clean, the burners are easily turned on. Oven does not heat evenly
