It came damaged, however I had given away my electric stove so we agreed that I keep this stove and a new one would be replaced. Well that was even worse than the first stove. It was taken back to best buy , than a 3rd stove was delivered it looks as if some took a hammmer to it. presently I am waiting once more for my stove to be delivered in tact , no scratches, sides dented in , too much to write. Please BestBuy let this be the last.

Came damaged from the factory.

The delivery folks showed me how the box was pristine but the oven was badly damaged. I hate at the looks of it. Aside from the damages it looked cheap. I ordered an upgrade and I am glad I did.

No issues with the two returns but Samsung needs to stick with TV’s and phones
