I purchased a Samsung range May 15 2020 and a 5 year Warranty was purchased it worked for 11. Months then it went out the manufactory warranty kicked in it was good for a year so it was repaired and now it has went out again this is 2024 now the same thing happened again so the. Extended warranty kicks in this means that the company itself comes out to make repairs which is Samsung this repair was scheduled for April 10, 2024 between hours of 8 AM and noon no-show no call no text no email just no-show I call they tried telling me they sent me an email no email came up they told me they set up an appointment for the April 12, 2024 The appointment went from 8am to 1pm they did come out and made the same repairs as before so I tells him that this seems to be a manufactory defect he disagreed he told me not to use my self cleaning option and so other options on the stove I asked Why would they put those components on the stove if they can be used I was told that this is why the soul keep going out I told him the same like every other year he goes out he said he’ll just buy another warranty for five years this sucks I should not have to go through this well you got to see my point of View it seems that the warranty is a Samsung warranty of course they going to keep it going so they can make their monies now I have a Samsung washer and dryer and Samsung cell phone works perfect I love it but when I come down to their stalls they need to go back to the drawing board they sucks and the guy who came to make the repairs have one of the nastiest attitude I had to pull him out of my house he was so disrespectful yelling Well listen to what I had to sayI want everyone to know what I went through with this company where do the wise be careful when you buy a Samsung major appliance I would like everyone to know the careful when you buy an a Samsung major appliance you might just lose your money they’re not interested in trying to help the customer thanks for hearing my point of you

It is not so easy to clean it and the oven kind of caught on fire.

Heats up your whole kitchen whether you are using the stove top or the oven …oven takes a long time to preheat… only had it 2.5 years and had to replace igniter twice already

Nice stove for the money- burners are cheap & hard to clean but overall good

Garbage. The knobs stick with gas in on position leaving you unable to shut the gas off.

I've had this stove for a couple of months and I'm really loving it! It delivered everything that it advertised and I highly recommend it. The 5 burners are already being used and I'm completely in love with the oven features.

It stopped working only after two years of light use. The display shows '-SE-,' and it doesn't work at all. None of the buttons works. I googled to find out what it means, and it may be from the failed control board. Stay away from this junk.

After I purchased this stove, my sister reminded me of a vow I made several years never to buy another Samsung product after a refrigerator failed miserably and was replaced after three months. I forgot the vow. My major complaint with this stove is the oven, which does NOT reach or keep the temperature showing on the display. Three techs have come to "fix" this, but it's not and apparently never will be fixed. Basically, the advice was to live with it. Never again.

All our knobs for turning the stove on broke right after the warranty ended - ridiculous! Also, our camp chef puts out so much more power for cooking then this stove - don't buy this Samsung Gas Oven Range - it is horrible!!!!!

Seems like a reaonably good product but oven stopped working within two weeks of purchase. I may change this review if Best Buy ever responds to requests for repair -- which, perhaps as expected, they have not.
