What a piece of crap.. we changed out all our appliances to Samsung last year in 2020 and here is one year and 3 weeks later the igniter goes out. Called Samsung and they said warranty is past. Really who makes a stove to last a year. It’s not a pair of shoes!!!

Garbage. Oven heater and igniter failure in under 2 years.

Burners work fine, oven is 75 degrees low of what you set it for.

Range delivered in December, two weeks later top part of touch screen went blank so you couldn't see the temp setting of the oven or time - otherwise still functioned normally. Samsung came out in two weeks to replace touch screen, didn't have the part so another 2 weeks and was repaired under warranty. Besides that (technician said not happened in any others) LOVE the range. Looks beautiful and smaller size fits perfectly with our modest kitchen. Large burner boils water fast and other burners serve their purpose just as well. Center long burner does not heat griddle very quickly and is not very efficient. Baking and roasting is fantastic. Love the split rack so I can put a tall covered dish in the oven and still use the other side of the rack for another dish. Warming drawer is ok, but can't put a dish in there with a lid. Careful when cleaning as easy to scratch stainless finish.

Beautiful stove. Convection oven works great. Heats water super fast on the large burner. We get tons of complements on the look. The touch screen is easy to use and very intuitive. Wish the bottom drawer was a little bigger, but very minor issue. Highly recommended.

Display board went out and oven will NOT heat up only 2 years old. Item should be replaced free of charge!

The stove top controls have a wonderful feel and two-step burner in front is fantastic so as not to have to use small pots at the back. This is great for my very short wife. Foods cook faster with the convection setting, so don't forget to keep an eye on your dishes when you first use this oven with old recipes. And, please, please, please do not use the abrasive side of a dish sponge on the stainless surface like I mistakenly did. It scratches. I'm gonna have to try out the toothpaste recommendations I've read online to fill the fine scratches.

Was hesitant to buy this item sight unseen but absolutely delighted with it after 3 weeks. Aesthetically pleasing. Everything works well including the middle griddle burner. I've read comments to the contrary but have found that if you allow it to heat up for the recommended time it is perfect for pancakes. Warming drawer a plus. As is the wok attachment, cast iron griddle, and double burner for boil to simmer. Display is easy to read. Cleanup much easier than anticipated. Great value. Much nicer range than the Kitchen Aide slide in it replaced.

Love the oven size, burner options, bread proofing and all the features I have used so far. Looking forward to using the warming drawer

This stove is great to cook multiple dishes at one time. Only complaint would be the grill plates are not the easiest to clean (they have a semi rough surface). Convection oven is fantastic - this is truly a dream oven for those who truly bake.

I have used the range for about six weeks. It looks very impressive; however, there are several issues that bother me. One problem is that the stove can be raised to account for counter height but it can not be lowered below the factory built height. In my situation we have tile under the stove so that the stove can be pulled out for cleaning or service but there is no tile under the counter top. Consequently, the rim of the stove sits above the counter top leaving slightly over a quarter inch height gap. The center, oval top burner is very much under powered. Its output is pitiful. It takes so long to get the griddle or a large pan heated that it practically makes the burner useless. Except for the front “power” burner, which is very good, the other burners all have different outputs. This makes cooking a “planning” situation rather than a pure cooking situation. The oven racks don’t necessarily slide in smoothly even when lightly oiled as suggested in the instruction manual. Another problem with the oven racks is the curvature of the back of the racks. The back curve, used to keep the rack from sliding out when pulled forward, is too long which forces longer cookie sheets to placed horizontally on separate racks rather than side-by-side on a single rack like my previous oven. Oven operation is questionable. I was not happy with the Convection Conversion feature. Items cooked with this mode did not seem to be cooked through. Consequently, I have taken off the conversion option with the oven settings. The Cook- By-Time option creates a problem. At the end of the set time the oven automatically shuts off and does not give you a chance to check to see if the item is cooked enough. You actually have to restart the oven if the item needs additional cooking time. You are probably better off cooking by time using the stove’s timer, check the item at the end of the set time, and reset the timer if necessary without the oven shutting off. I probably should have done a little more research before I purchased this range; however “it is what it is.” While the stove is adequate there are too many little things that make it not worth the money.

The oven is really nice it heats wonderfully it looks great in the kitchen unfortunately for me it's not 100% level or flush with the counter tops on either side and is vertically off by about a mm or 2, not really really noticeable but it would be nice if those flanges on either side of the oven that rest on top of the counter were adjustable up and down for slight differences in the height of the countertop. Also... buyer beware... geeksquad installation is $150 + when the gentleman arrived at my home they said that my gas shutoff valve needed to be replaced because it was 'old' mind you it was probably 10 years old and I don't know what the life expectancy is on those but I wasn't expecting to have to spend $250 on the installation.

Nice looking, boils a bucket of water in half the time of my last stove. The controls are easy and nicely organized. Not as easy to keep clean as a smooth top but easier than the older gas ranges with the removeable ringed pans beneath each burner. Still, overall, very happy.

The burners on this stove are amazing. Super simple to install. Heats food no problem. Even though i constantly have to clean it since the top is stainless steel also, i would not trade this for another one. It has worked great since black friday when i purchased it.

Overall a good product. After 4 years it cooks uneven. Burns on right side. Service warranty is only 5 years, hope it last more than 5 years. Over 24 mins on phone to schedule repair and I had the order number.

Was baking and display stopped working. Calling service to get it replaced/repaired. Its an awesome oven all around. This is a problem, but I'm sure it'll get fixed to get back to normal

This range was an upgrade to a newly remodeled kitchen and I am enjoying the new features; convection, 5th burner / grille and it looks great.
