After 3 hrs of use, I noticed the entire front panel got very hot. Then the LCD panel shut off rendering the oven useless. Burners still worked so I was able to finish my soup. I unplugged the unit overnight, replugged it but still had no power to the LCD panel. Samsung sent a tech out and he noticed several issues. The TCO or thermal cutout switch opened up, killing power to the unit because it sensed high temps (high temps on a stove, really?). Some of the connectors were melted pretty badly. Hmm...a stove that has poor cooling and can't even handle 3+ hours of boiling soup? Melting internal wires when using the burners? Surely Samsung will give me a different model if I have to file a service claim every time I make pho...which is 2-3 times a month LOL.
