In December of 2017 I replaced our gas range with a new Samsung NX586630, a 5.8 cu. ft. gas convection and "self-cleaning" oven. Tremendous heat emanates at the topside cooking surface when conducting routine oven baking. Could possibly cook topside using oven as only heat source. I made a big mistake by using the "Oven Clean" feature. The excessive heat leakage resulted in the center area of the PLEXIGLASS/PLASTIC display to be WARPED, giving it the appearance of an ill engineered product that was never given a full product test. Beware while cleaning the display as you will most likely inadvertently activate the "Oven Cleaning" feature, thereby "LOCKING" the oven door and turning on the oven for 5 hours! I see the current gas ranges now are NX60 series, but the range is essentially of the same poor quality! Buyer beware

Best Buy will replace the stove with a similar model because mine is out of stock. All I want is a replacement drawer. My stove is new & we bought it for specific features not found in other models. Not looking for anything different. Bought a package of 6 Samsung products for our new house shouldn’t Best Buy offer the simplest solution? That’s all we want, not the most expensive one.
