I am impressed with the lighted knobs. I have on one occasion left the knob slightly turned enough to produce gas. Now with the lighted knobs I don't have this problem anymore. I love the convection feature. Great large oven because I do a lot of cooking and baking.

I’ve had this range for 2 years and it had to be service after 1 year. The panel board malfunctioned, where i could not turn the oven off or on. This wasn’t happening consistently, but still a huge inconvenience. Fast forward to this year, specifically today, i have to call for repair service again. I turned the oven on & before it reached the set temperature the oven shut off. I did this 3 times and was rendered the same results. Nothing more frustrating then not being able to utilize your purchases whenever you want to.

Spending money on a new stove is not very exciting, but this was nice and affordable upgrade from our old one. Having 5 burners really makes a difference! I'm happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it to others in the market for an oven.

Definitely a great buy to get and works really well!

Love the large grates and the middle long burner for a griddle. Down side is that it makes cleaning range top more of a chore as grates are heavy. Appreciate delay bake feature and the wide adaptations from broiling to dehydrating. Holds temperature well.

Pretty but found it to be not as durable as former units owned. Knobs light up releasing gas too easily. Light bump/nudge with your behind and make sure you don't walk out without checking them.

Great oven/stove! Our problems was with the delivery service. The first agreed upon delivery day and time was missed by the deliverer--no call to us and no response to our queries. On the second agreed upon delivery day and time, the deliverer was late.

I love this stove...the lights on the dials are great since I can't smell. That way if I turn the gas on accidentally while cleaning I will know right away! Nice large viewing window too.

Knobs smooth operating and like the lighting to indicate burner on. Oven control panel easy to use, nice light touch control setting. Would be nice to have red light indicator for oven still on. Preheating oven is fast. Cooking functions are good. Nice appearance.

The oven fit just as it was detailed on the website. Every function has performed exactly as expected, i.e. reliably. The controls are easy to navigate and the LED knob feature, though I originally thought was just an unnecessary adder, is actually pretty useful.

Range has been working as advertised. With regard to the dials, they are quite loose as has been pointed out in previous reviews. Would suggest that this is not a good thing if one has kids that play in the kitchen and may be by the range. Otherwise, no complaints so far.

Bought open-box floor model. Missing one burner cap. Customer service was outstanding. They ordered and shipped new one. However, after closer inspection noted the two of the grates were missing rubber feet pads. Unit works great!

I love this stove! Samsung Appliances are built to last and are reliable. The LED lights help to see from far if your stove is on. I purchased this over a year and still going strong. To bad I cant say about the same about their phones.

I'm not sure I really like the open top...seems a little tough to keep clean. It's easy to have spills go pretty far. I like everything else except not sure about broiling. I had been taught to keep the oven door open when broiling, but this oven won't allow that.

Just been looking for a micwave and stove all year long ,look at all stores for these items but finely best buy was my choice, I am so happy with my items that I have, this was the best upgrade I can get, I will tell all of my friends about the best buy store, and my items,
