    I purchased this range 10-17-19 and began to have trouble with the control panel for the oven portion I have had a total of four service calls since 10-26-20 (3) with Geek Squad and (1) with Samsung the control panel they said should work DOES NOT. The oven worked almost one year before I had any problems they just can't fix it. I would consider looking at other products before purchasing this item. I am very disatisfied with the service and the response from customer service. as of today 10-28-20 a tech was suppose to come and didn't. I have another appoinment scheduled for 12-2-20. I really expected more from Best Buy
