I have made several attempts in resolving an issue with the Samsung who is not abiding by the warranty; be forewarned.

The oven won't turn on anymore... broil and top burners work fine. This is unacceptable.

Absolutely beautiful to look at. This thing looks like it is cooking standing still. The audio and visual aesthetics are like a Telsa. LED knob lighting makes you stare. The flames are so even and my food cooks better. The weirdest thing is I use to have to coat my pans to keep food from sticking but now same pans no spray used and food just slides out of the pans. I don’t understand it but I have cooked meat, eggs, and pasta and same results. The lights inside oven are super bright. I totally agree with person that made comment about the middle rack over fifth burner is different color than outside. I thought it was lightning in kitchen but it’s not. Not sure if tariffs will continue to raise the price of this range per stainless steel and what country it was manufactured in.

A great value, reliable and upgraded features. After 6 years the oven knobs crack and need replacement.

I have had this range about a year now and I really do love it. My favorite part is the oven. I love the convection and how the oven automatically adjusts the temperature to compensate for the fact you are using convection. I made the best chocolate cookies I have ever made in this oven! It's got a really nice large-capacity interior as well. I can fit four casserole dishes in there! However, I was surprised that I couldn't close the door all the way when I put a typical pizza box in there. The stovetop is nice, too, but here is where there are "flaws," if you could call them that. I had really wanted five burners, but I learned on this stove that the fifth burner is fairly useless unless you have a really long, narrow pan. Stovetop griddles and large roasting pans (while making gravy) work better over two burners on the side than on the middle burner. Plus, for some reason, the black cover for the middle burner is a different material than the other four -- more matte or something -- and grease splatters stained it. I do love how low the LO setting on the burners goes, and the HI is REALLY powerful. Water boils super fast. However, this power has thrown off the knob markings -- the "MED" marking on the knobs is just about what other stoves I've used have as HIGH. So, especially if using anything other than cast iron, and ESPECIALLY on nonstick pans, you'll want to go no higher than UNDER "MED", and a "true" medium is more like halfway between MED and LO. The control panel is easy to use, although I wish the timer allowed for seconds and not just minutes and hours. I love the "cook time" function that allows the oven to shut off by itself when cooking is done. I haven't tried the "slow cook" and "dehydration" functions yet. The storage drawer is a nice touch, but not terribly deep. I can store a broiler pan and pizza stone in there, and that's it. But I'd rather have the larger oven space than the larger storage. The stovetop is easy to clean, with the burner pieces easy to remove for wiping all around them. The iron grates clean fairly well, too. I have not yet used the Self Clean function for the oven yet, but plan to soon. And I do love that the knobs light up blue when they are on. My husband was always leaving the burners on, so that was one of the main reasons I bought this range! While he has still left a burner on with this stove, it's gotten MUCH less frequent. So, overall -- a terrific range!

THIS OVEN DOES A NICE JOB OF COOKING, BUT IT HEATS UP OUR HOUSE LIKE THE DOOR IS OPEN WHEN USING THE OVEN, IT'S CRAZY HOW MUCH HEAT THIS UNIT PUTS OFF!

Good burners. Looks modern. Convection makes it easier and faster.

It's awful that for this higher price model, it does not even come with a griddle. I contacted Samsung parts department to find out what part # griddle would be compatible for this grill. They could not find and told me to call the customer service #. The customer service told me to contact the parts department, I said that's who sent me here in the first place. They complained parts department not doing their jobs and put me on hold for over 30 mins, in which of course she disconnected the line. I contacted the parts department again, they gave me another number to call which doesn't connect. This is the most awful customer service I have ever encountered. Not to mention the griddle itself is about $100. Better off getting the lower end model that actually comes with it. Aside from that, the oven does not contain the heat. It comes out on top, so if you're cooking on the stove top, you will feel it. That obviously also makes the house hotter, which is not welcomed in the summer time. The control panel is basically almost like a touch screen instead of buttons. That makes it a bit harder for cleaning when you're trying to wipe it down and it thinks you're trying to turn on the oven. The time on the control panel is blue. So at certain angles, it reflects on the stove top and makes me think the fire is on. I found the convection does not cook evenly as it claims. I had food on a top rack and a bottom rack and the one on the bottom cooked more. It's also tricky with the timing when using the convection oven, even with the auto conversion on, it tends to overcook. It does look nice though and it cooks.

Not great had for 3 years it takes forever to preheat and ignitors go out easy.

The range looks very good but the oven temperature was not accurate. It would reach it’s set temperature but would not hold it. It was always 10-15 degrees lower. My wife baked 2 cakes and each time they were not done. Called the Geek guys for service but the tech said he couldn’t fix it. Returned it for a Maytag and all is good now.

Easy to clean. Top burners produce high heat efficiency. Oven produces very accurate amount of heat. My only complaint, the top burner knobs will turn on when bumped.

This stove is beautiful but not worthless the panel controls turn on by themselves when I’m cooking making dangerous because turned on the oven. Even though I bought warranty it never get fixed.

I love the stove. But never use the geek squad to install a gas stove they came without the proper tools and parts to install it. told me I had to reschedule the install. first I borrowed them my tools so the could keep working. When they realized they didn't have the parts to finish the job I had to go buy the parts and install it myself.

Too many issues so far with with my stove, not heating correctly anymore, paint started chipping off within the first year.

Only reason it doesnt have a five is because it's hard to clean the top burners. Also I didnt like the self cleaning oven. I spilled something and when I set to self clean it just burned what I spilled. So I had to turn off.

This is a great range, the size of this range is perfect for a large family. its a gas range with electrical tendencies.....love it!

Finish flakes off!! Back of oven has warped from the way it vents heat and sometimes won’t turn off! DISLIKE

No warranty support. Told by Samsung they have no repair svc available in our area, central NH. I asked how can you sell appliances with a warranty here then? A full year just to get thru threats of legal action and the State attorney General to get them to honor the warranty. When they are legally forced to fulfill their warranty, they can not tell you until the day before via email that they will definitely be coming or will cancel. You will have to miss a lot of work and they will reschedule at 4:30 the day before. When they do hold appointments, you have to keep checking email to find out will it be morning or between noon and 6. I've never had such out and our lies and bs for brand new appliance issues. Both the oven and refrigerator! It is so bad and absolutely dishonest that we will never buy anything Samsung from tv to tablets which we now own, never again
