    Igniter failing after two years of minimal use.

    We have owned this oven for just over two years. The oven igniter is failing and we need to replace it already. Other than that, it is okay. Great burners and touch screen is nice.

    Not a Good Purchase

    We really regret this purchase. The computer board seems to just freeze every month and we have to unplug and plug back in to get it working again. This happens sometimes when the oven is on (and you can't turn it off), etc. In addition, the grill has terrible spacing if you have smaller pots - they will fall down and not balance on the grill. I wish we hadn't bought this one.

    Waste of Money.

    I bought this in 2019 and the problem began in 2021 when the knobs started breaking down like breadcrumbs for no reason. I reached out to Samsung and they recommended me a matching knob that cost $100+ for each knob and I had to replace all but one knob. The replacement didn't fit my range( money wasted) and all the other knobs I got from amazon is a no fit. Samsung don't have replacement for this same product. The issue is just knobs but it's the most important thing that makes a range function. I am ditching my range and Samsung as a brand. All my appliances are Samsung and i am praying they don't break coz finding replacements parts are like diamonds in a mine.

    Be aware before you buy.

    The caps on top of the burners finish changes very quickly. The feet the grates sit on fall out and are easily lost. Samsung won't sell the tiny rubber feet, they want you to pay to the replace the entire grate instead, which are very expensive and not necessary. Very disappointed in Samsung. When I called they try saying its all one piece, which they are obviously not otherwise the piece couldn't fall out.

    Warning, Samsung gas stoves are dangerous. I purchased a Samsun gas stove from Best Buy and after less than a year the valve on the front left burned became jammed and would not allow me to turn off the burner. I eventually had to shut off the gas because I couldn’t get the burner to turn off. Although we purchased it less than a year ago and Samsung told me it was under warranty, they refused to pay to replace their defective valve. Do not buy.

    SAFETY HAZARD- Loose knobs Flames just turn on!

    Bought this bc i love samsung in general and read all the great reviews after only 3 days i quickly learned that the knobs are very loose. You can easily unintentionally turn on the burners/ flames. As a matter of fact, my brother in law almost burned his arm when he leaned over to grab something from the microwave above. It is a huge safety hazard and risk. Samsung customer support was useless so i am returning this.

    Scary, started fire.

    The knobs are too easy to turn. Had the stove for a month and the dog jump up and turn it on. Started a fire. Lost everything. Love it till then.
