    We purchased this stove to match our black stainless fridge...I love the color but hate the fact that I feel like I have to treat the stove like porcelain or it gets scratched... two days after having it I noticed a scratch I don't know if it came that way and we missed it or we accidentally scratched it but we were extremely careful...so if your looking for a stove that looks pretty this is the one for you but beyond that I don't know....should hold up better for what it costs now we are stuck with the fridge and the stove both under two years old and scratched and we don't even have kids!

    We love the look of the stove, but we feel it was built cheap. The lower drawer is very flimsy and the cooktop paint was flaking off within 6 months. We contacted Samsung without a reply, very disappointing. With an expensive remodel already done, we may just suck it up and replace it with a quality unit from another manufacturer.

    Replacement Oven for Rent House

    The oven itself is relatively basic but what we were looking for. It was a great replacement. Not the best oven but what was expected. Have not used enough to find any issues but, again, this was ideal for our needs.

    Samsung range

    I was not happy that the range came out of the packaging - as in from the factory - with a crease down the door. The replacement range, which was ordered by the installer, took a week to arrive. This does nothing to hold Best Buy in good standing. I also dislike that the neon blue clock lights up the kitchen, dining room and the family room beyond. As it comes with no, NO, paperwork, not even a registration card, I have not been able to find out if it is adjustable.

    Right now I try to find out if I have to call the manufacturer because of ignition issues with the unit.

    I ordered a stove on Dec 12,2019 it was suppose to be delivered on Dec 17th, at 11:00 they called and said they could not deliver it. They said they could try on Thursday 19th or the 21st. They were suppose to deliver and install on Dec 19th between 9 and 11. I called the store and they said they didn't know what happened, not everything was on the truck,. I was on the phone off and on with south county for over 4 hours on Thursday, They finally said it would be delivered and connected on Friday. They delivered the stove on Friday morning but the guys that delivered it could not connect it, So now I had to wait for another service person. When the installation guys came he came in the house with 2 wrenches, his wrenches won't go around the pipes. He told me I needed to call someone else laclede gas or a plumbing company. This installer was only in the house less then 10 minutes, I believe he didn't want to do it. I called a plumbing company they came out in less then hour and got everything hooked up. I waited and took three days off of work for Best Buy to complete the project. Then I'm trying to get compensated for the extra money that I had to pay for the other company for the stall. The store says there is nothing they can do I need to call corporate and when I call corporate they tell me to go to the store, I've been to the store a couple of time and on the phone multiple times. Then I've been on hold. Everyone just keeps telling me to call someone else., They service is extremely poor and no compassion for the consumers.

    Original AND Replacement Range BOTH Leaking Gas

    Gas range was delivered and installed only to find that the appliance had a slow gas leak. Replacement unit was installed 5 days later and ALSO had a gas leak. Just to be clear, both installations were successfully completed by Best Buy technicians and the connections were NOT the source of the gas leak. This was an issue with the appliance itself. Second unit was returned and reselected LG as a replacement brand for Samsung. Problem solved.

    Knobs are plastic and break very low quality! Convection oven doesn’t work the greatest

    Good range. Center burner is underpowered. Also, the keypad control board died after ~4 years and had to be replaced.

    I bought all four new appliances of Samsung and it says stainless steel. But as soon as you touch it, it leaves smudges. I have heard that some of the stainless steel appliances are brushed so it doesn't leave any smudges, but this one does. It was not mentioned anywhere when I ordered that there would be this problem because it wasn't brushed. It is very annoying and makes my new appliances look used and old....

    I LOVE SAMSUNG PRODUCTS, HOWEVER, THIS STOVE IS NOT ONE OF THEM. I SELF CLEAN THIS OVEN EVERY MONTH, I DON'T COOK MUCH HOWEVER , ON DEC. 24, 2020 , MY OVEN CAUGHT FIRE WHILE I WAS DOING CHRISTMAS DINNER. WHAT A MESS, AFTER THE FIRE DEPARTMENT LEFT AND MY FRIEND TOOK MY OVEN APART ON THE BOTTOM, TAKING OUT NUTS AND SCREWS (SOMETHING I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT AND TOO OLD TO DO) SELF CLEANING WASNT CLEANING

    The knobs needs to be better design, it turns on easily by accidentally touching during cleaning and it could be safety hazard.

    The knobs on this stove are breaking. The metal attachments are cracked, and apparently this is a well-known defect. Samsung should recall this product.

    Arrived bent, oven door didn't close completely

    bent, broken, took 2 wks to get a replacement, which was also broken in that when the oven was use it leaked gas from the oven cavity, burners & grill worked beautifully, the oven just couldn't be used, still awaiting service, no attempts by best buy to correct the problem the manager simply states it must be instillation even though there is no leak & gas cannot be detected other than the oven cavity.
