    2 Knobs came our after 2 yrs of using it. Not very durable range.

    If you enjoy buying a range as often as a cell phone this is the range for you. Works pretty well for 2 years then it is time to buy a new one. Lights blinking, oven not heating, smelling gas, all seem to occur after the 2 year mark. Do not buy Samsung appliances if you are looking for long term use. Similar issue with a Samsung washer. Never again Samsung.

    It is hard to use. The directions do not explain how to use. Every time I open the door the over light goes off.

    Disappointed with the peformance of the stove

    The contact between the stove and the pan is too far part it takes 30 minutes to boil water in a small size pan.

    The knobs keep breaking and I’ve had to replace them 3 times. The Samsung displaying on the stove wore off after 3 months. Poor quality but does function well as for stoves - main issue I have are the knobs.

    Looks nice, thought Samsung was reliable. But got disappointed within a week as one of the knob broke. Should have returned the item at that time. Within a year all the knobs broke.

      I'm sorry to hear you aren't happy with your new Gas Range, Taffie. If you haven't done so already, it may help to review the section in the User Manual that has tips for cleaning the cook top. It's necessary for the control pad to require some pressure in order to turn it on for safety reasons, but I'll be happy to share your comments with the appropriate team.

    Don’t have Best Buy install it

    Unprofessional installation. Hours late, didn’t put it in properly, and then charged me extra to install the microwave even though I already paid Best Buy to change range hood to microwave. Promised a refund but didn’t get it. They put a dent in the front that is small and sharp and I can’t get out. I bought this to match my Samsung refrigerator that I love. I take very good care of my appliances. Every time I see this stove with the dent in the front I am so angry and disappointed I purchased it here. The stove itself is just ok. I honestly have used that middle burner about four times in almost a year.

    Igniter for oven went bad after a year. The knobs are diecast and one has already broken. The name has also starting peeling off. Not happy.

    My confirmation from Best Buy listed the width as 29 3/4 inches. It was wider than that.

    We bought it for Black Friday thinking we scored a deal. Unfortunately what we came to realize is that parts on this unit are cheap. Barely a year after purchase, all 5 knobs have broken off.

    I thought there would be a lot more control of the flames on the stove but it is just high medium and low. I would not buy this product again if I knew this.
