Works pretty well for 2 years then it is time to buy a new one. Lights blinking, oven not heating, smelling gas, all seem to occur after the 2 year mark. Do not buy Samsung appliances if you are looking for long term use. Similar issue with a Samsung washer. Never again Samsung.

Knobs breaking on stove

The Samsung displaying on the stove wore off after 3 months. Poor quality but does function well as for stoves - main issue I have are the knobs.

If you haven't done so already, it may help to review the section in the User Manual that has tips for cleaning the cook top. It's necessary for the control pad to require some pressure in order to turn it on for safety reasons, but I'll be happy to share your comments with the appropriate team.

Don’t have Best Buy install it

Hours late, didn’t put it in properly, and then charged me extra to install the microwave even though I already paid Best Buy to change range hood to microwave. Promised a refund but didn’t get it. They put a dent in the front that is small and sharp and I can’t get out. I bought this to match my Samsung refrigerator that I love. I take very good care of my appliances. Every time I see this stove with the dent in the front I am so angry and disappointed I purchased it here. The stove itself is just ok. I honestly have used that middle burner about four times in almost a year.
