Ok overall it ok but the stove just not to good I give it’s a4

It’s good I like it I’m enjoying so far it’s work nice

I am comparing this oven to a GE over 18 years old. This range has larger burners and one large one with griddle included in the middle. The oven heats up 3 times quicker and has convection option. I am not impressed with the timer. It does not show seconds and when it is done it does not clear. Overall this range is an improvement although my old oven was still working fine when I replaced it.

Paid extra for counter depth , but can’t have cupboards or wall next to it. 5 inch open space in back to open doors. Why say it is counter depth if it can’t be used that way. Has a dent in door on delivery day, so worried how it will hold up.

Ive had this range less than a year and the finish is peeling off. Samsung wont cover it under warranty because they say it is damaged by consumer. After some internet research, I have found there are a lot of unhappy customers with the exact same problem. Samsung will not stand behind their product. I am done purchasing Samsung products.

In less than 12 months unit has been "shedding" insulation. We like the unit but we have a second service call scheduled in the last 2 months to repair / remove insulation coming out near top of range.

I loved the look of this stove and the griddle option. The black paint began coming off the top grates after 6 months and the finish is peeling off the front of the stove. Oven also doesn’t always heat to temperature.

It is to early to tell how well it works.The first one that was delivered,I sent back.To many chips,scratches,paint blemishes,on the cook top.The second one,the cook top had dented and rippled metal under the paint.Also the oven door handle was deeply scratched.

The oven lasted a little over 3 years. The oven takes about 45 minutes to get to 370 degrees and another 20 minutes goes up another 5 degrees. Samsung is a rip off. There is no way a major appliance should only last three years. This is ridiculous and they can do better. Will never buy another Samsung appliance ever again. Pretty to look at and nothing else. Fancy knobs. Stove still new but of course does not work. Buyer beware. Stick with the brand your parents had in your house when you were growing up.

Purchased in April 2019. Knobs are already broken in 2020. Maximum 1 year use. I checked the knobs, basically poor plastic material.

We purchased all new Samsung kitchen appliances and regretting the decision. The build quality of three pieces (oven, refrigerator, microwave) is poor - it looks great on the sales floor, but when you get it home, you realize how many corners Samsung has cut to get their costs down. The performance of the burners is not consistent, and the ignite time is about three times as long as my previous stove. It’s been less than a year, and the black stainless finish is already peeling to reveal a shiny surface underneath. Kicking myself for choosing Samsung.

Disappointed. It is my firts gas range. I expected more. The wear and tear, was much and too quickly. We atre two adults in the household, and I use the range an average of 4 to 6 times a week, for simple stuff. The control knobs are very bad quality. In just a couple of months I felt two of them loose, and they were almost broken in the piece where it attaches. They already broke. All of the "stainless" steel surfaces have rust stains already. The burner are also rusting and pieces are coming off.

The black stainless steel finish peels and scratches in the places where pieces of the film are connected (handles, edges) and scratches extremely easily. There is no way to repair or cover it. So you are stuck paying a lot of money for new appliances that end up looking horrible within 1-2 years.

Horrible knobbs keeps falling off an breaking have to constantly replace only a year old

I bought this gas stove about 5 years ago. I recently noticed an occasional smell of something faint (yet distinct) around the stove. It did not smell like gas to me, but I called the gas company to have it checked out to be safe. They found out that a small amount of gas was seeping out from all the four burners even when they are turned off. Now I have to either pay out of pocket to have it fixed (out of warranty) or buy a new stove! It only lasted for 5 years!

This is a nice stove, however the dials are made very cheaply and they have all broken and fallen off, the inside of the dial is made of plastic not metal.

After a routine summer power outage for two minutes, the oven refused to light. "Bad motherboard" cost nearly $400 to repair including labor. I've had this stove for 18 months. Save yourself a lot of money, and do not buy this brand

Stove works great. But the cook top is impossible to clean and keep clean.
