The functiinality is pretty good but it gets dirty very fast and it is hard to clean up. I will not buy it again.

I picked up the stove and paid for the pick up. After installation was done Best Buy didn't make the gas convection and I had to take it back two hours from my house and pay again to take it back. They made a new order and now I have to wait for another stove that is ordered. It is suppose to be in my house on Feb. 12, 2020. And at this time I don't have a stove in my kitchen.

Grates are not good to wok pots. And small handle nonstick won't sit on these grates. Always fell while cooking. Stove buttons are hard to push.

I really liked the oven at first but I have less than two months with it and I am having issues with the display. The screen is flickering while making a clicking noise every second. It is frustrating and I am currently in the process of fixing it (hopefully) but it is an inconvenience I wish I did not have to encounter from such a well reviewed product.

Overheating and caught fire. They kept sending out Samsung techs who kept denying its defective from day one. From day one the oven would overheat when using any of the top burners. Took 2 yrs to get it replaced through GSP after it caught fire and nearly burnt the house down during my children’s class zoom meeting

Love the cook top aspect. The oven aspect is a lemon. Hoping the return is better.

The glass in the door was defective. Best Buy knew that this was an issue and they still delivered the range hoping I would not notice? Sad to say I've had way too many issues with Samsung appliances. I will never buy another Samsung product again.

I had a Frigidaire Range for 10 years and never gave me a problem. I have less than 2 years with the Samsung and already is giving hard time. The button broke and the oven takes a long time ( 1 hour 20 minutes to be specific) to reach 450 F . I am very disappointed witht he purchase.

There are so many thing wrong with this range. i bought whole 7 piece of samsung products. i thought samsung would make good product but i was wrong. the handle got discolour in week. the knob of the range broke after couple of week. the grill is very hard to clean. please dont buy samsung range stay away.

I bought this November 2019. Now the oven decides to turn off whenever it feels like it. Also one of the cooktop burners doesn’t work anymore. So mad & frustrated. I spent good money on this piece of junk.

This oven is not good at all. I wish I had never bought. Temperature in the oven is not correct takes forever to heat to temperature doesn’t hold the correct temperature. No matter how we adjusted still not right. Waste of money.

Best buy said you had to buy gas kit so they could hook it up and we did, when delivery guys got here they did not have kit I bought so they have to reschedule and then cancelled that appointment and made a third appointment and I took off work a third time and they showed up 2 hours early so 37 days since I bought it and they may hook it up tomorrow.

Cant give a summary. This item has not been delivered due to the truck that was to be used was stolen from the store. I have no ideal when it will be delivered. So unhappy right now. This is the second time I've had problems with delivery issues.

All of the new sumsung appliances/electronics I have bought, broke within the first 2 years. I have researched away to fix the issue but it seems that the problems are caused by cheap componets.

Difficult controls. Heat vent for the oven blows directly onto the cook surface. Uncomfortable amount of heat if trying to use the cook top and the oven simultaneously.

We only had the range for less than a month and it started with an error code E-27. It will not reset and now we have to have a repair person to fix the oven. It also makes a random clicking noise at night.

I bought this March 3 2019. The oven igniter went out March 13 2020 out of warranty and Samsung wouldn’t do anything for me. I had the same oven before and it last only 5 years before it’s igniter went out

Received this stove on Christmas Eve. The installation was a horrible experience but does not affect this review. We baked a prime rib which needs to bake uncovered. There were some splashes on oven wall which we cleaned up with warm soapy water as the manual indicates. This left dark stained marks on the oven wall. We put our hand over the spots and it felt shiny like a new oven. We thought this was strange and are wondering why this happened. Next, if you lean against the stove to stir something in a back burner the knobs push in very easily and turn. So you need to be careful. The main panel buttons do not press very easily. We had to press hard to turn oven light and oven button on. This may improve as we use the stove more, but unsure. The bottom storage drawer is very flimsy but we don't really use it to store items. This review is based on one day use.

We purchased our Samsung NX58H5600 stove three years ago as part of a kitchen rebuild. It replaced a very ordinary gas range. While the Samsung stove has not failed in any way and looks nice, it has disappointed us in several critical ways. The most disappointing feature is the broiler. It is nearly unusable. You cannot broil anything unless the broiled item is nearly touching the flame. Once you have the rack high enough to actually get a broil, the broiled area is so small that you cannot even broil two haddock filets without moving the broiling pan, essentially doing two broils – one on each piece of fish. It does no better on a steak. The second most disappointing feature is the oval, middle burner. This exhibits several problems. First, it only seems to have two flame ranges; higher and lower. There is no adjustment – it’s kind of binary, up or down. The second problem is that neither flame setting seems to be sufficiently high. Expect it to take a long time to heat anything. The third problem is the griddle provided for the middle burner. It never seems to get hot enough to cook on. Pancakes, which should be its specialty, seem to just turn tan instead of getting nice and brown and a bit crispy. No matter how long you preheat the griddle, pancakes will not properly sizzle. It is not clear if this is a temperature issue or something to do with the non-stick surface of the griddle. The only good use for the center burner seems to be making gravy. Making gravy in a large, thin pan of meat or poultry drippings works very well. But then, setting the pan over two burners, front to back, would easily do the same job. Lastly, the stove is difficult to clean. Again, there are several problems. The stainless-steel metal is not fingerprint proof and easily gets drip marks and stains. The stove grates are showing some rust. The cooktop is complicated to clean and requires cleaning after even minor frying. This involves removing the grates, the burners and the burner caps. Wash well with very soapy water, then rinse and wipe out with a towel. It will come clean and look decent but the paint has gone flat in several areas. You will also need to remove and wash the knobs frequently and scrub off the grease that collects behind them. If you do not do all of this at least once a week, you can expect this stove to become a disgusting mess. It the stove’s defense, the oven works well and we appreciate the convection feature. We like the bread proofing feature. The size options on the burners is good and the two front burners heat with a strong flame. It has been reliable. In summary, if we were selecting a stove again, we would pay more attention to the weakness areas noted. We would probably spend the extra few hundred dollars up upgrade to a better stove. It seems this one has pretentions of being a high end appliance, but it fails in too many areas. It is just an ordinary range that looks like a more expensive unit.

Have had for a little over 2 yea and nothing but issues... now is broken and have to pay to have it fixed and no warranty...
