After 2 and half years the oven stopped working. Finding out Samsung appliances are horrible. Had issues with our dishwasher as well.

Leaked gas. Samsung trying to get out of fixing or replacing it. 2nd time and been 4 months without a stove.

Igniter broke off less than a year. 5 months after front igniter is not working.

Oven part of stove stopped working 6 months ago. Piece of crap!

I’ve had to change it three times. Delievery says it’s going to show up and doesn’t. Horrible product.

Love the stove so far, works much better then my previous stove and the convection makes a huge difference compared to a stove without it. I have not used the griddle yet but I love having the extra burner for future use.

This stove is amazing! It's easy to use and has every possible available feature! I really like being able to let bread rise inside of it! The convection works flawlessly and the unit itself is really sharp!

we really like our new gas range. It cooks really good and it looks very sharp. The first unit we recieved had a damage and BestBuy replaced it with e new unit, hassle free. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Replaced a rusting out Frigidaire professional range. Super impressed by the quality of the appliance. As good as a high end Dacor cook top i had previously in a custom built home. Very precise controls on the burners, plenty of BTUs, larger burners on the front means big pots aren't bumping into the back of the stove, convection bake oven heats quick and maintains temperature. Super happy with the purchase.

It has been 29 days and I don’t have it yet. I have been without a working oven all this time.

Three of Knob covers broken down With in the last two Years.

This Samsung convection range was replacing the original 19 year old Magic Chef range the house builder's installed when my home was built. What an improvement! The old oven took approximately 10-15 mins to preheat. The Samsung is up to temp in less than 5 mins. Everything we've made in this oven cooks more even and faster due to the convection feature. And having the different BTU burners really helps get just the right temperature for everything. This stove was money well spent, and I would recommend it to anybody in the market for a range.

Dented, missing burner, scratched ,used with grease stains inside.

Originally (in 2015), we gave this stove a great review. We still don't hate it, but feel others should be aware of some issues we feel are worth consideration. We bought this stove in November 2015, replacing the absolute worst stove I've ever used in my 47 years of cooking. Before purchasing this Samsung, we did hours upon hours of research on different gas stoves before narrowing our purchase between two different brands. Ultimately, we chose this Samsung. Initially, we loved it, and we still don't hate it - - it's still a significant improvement over what we had (which was less than 1 star). The Logo: The first issue we have is rather minor, but aesthetically irritating. The stainless-looking SAMSUNG logo under the control panel is simply stickers in which the adhesive has begun failing and the letters are sliding down and falling off. While not crucial to function, it just doesn't look good, and there are plenty of alternative, more resilient options for displaying one's logo. The Knobs: The second issue is more annoying, and something I've never encountered in 47 years of very regular cooking (we very rarely eat out). Initially, within a short period of time, one of the knobs broke at the stem. We thought it was a fluke, popped out the superglue and did our best to repair it. Awhile later, another knob broke in exactly the same place. Over time, they've all broken in the exact same place. Superglue only works for so long. We are now replacing all five knobs which don't look exactly the same, but cost 1/3rd of what the exact replacement knobs cost; considering the integrity of the originals, it would be foolish to spend ~$150 for five "disposable" knobs. However, knobs are rather important, especially when we cook 1-3 times per day, every day. What concerns us most is, due to these poor quality aspects, the potential for poor quality internal workings which we can't see. However, it seems to function fine *knocks wood* Sadly, in the future, we will most likely go with a different brand.

Top of the line Gas range, tons of features. Wonderful stainless black finish, sophisticated and elegant. More elegant then stainless steel or black. An ere of Sophistication. Love the keep warm feature, which some ovens do not even offer. The favorite features, is wonderful. Love the pizza and slow-cook feature. I was lucky enough to buy this Samsung gas oven from Best Buy of course, due to my first oven, the competition which had huge dents in the front panel of the range. I was very disappointed to no end, and upset that a new appliance could come this damaged, quality control where is it today. No fear I have to say that I will never ever buy an appliance anywhere except for Best Buy Riverside Moreno Valley Area. Reasons, how many other retailers, will let you keep the damaged product and use it until the new one comes in, without any hassle what so ever. These people who work at this Best Buy, have some of the greatest customer skills I have ever ENCOUNTED. From Jessica, to TIffany, to Tyrone, to John, and many others, I will choose this store over any other. They are caring, understanding, and truly feel bad that my purchase, was not happy due to the problems I experienced. Not once did any of them while I was ranting, yes I was upset, did they make me feel I have no right to do this. Love this gas range and Samsung delivers. And best Buy. What is not to love about this gorgeous professional looking Samsung gas range. Everything. From the large oven cavity, to the 5 burners, the grill, the keep warm feature, convection bake roast. The burner grates are not cheap or flimsy and love the touch of red on the knobs. Love it so much. And no I do not have a problem keeping this oven clean. I use a fantastic stainless cleaner, that just elevates the look and shows how upscale this oven is. WILL never just buy a stainless appliance at all anymore, after having the black stainless, which by the way is finger proof, does not smudge and so easy to keep clean, a soft clean rag just wipes anything off so easy. I can tell you stainless no matter what you do does not perform like this black stainless. Due to this problem and another not mentioned, these great people took off an substantial amount off this gas range, and a frig I bought, it is appreciated so much. Happy camper, because of you at Best Buy, and all who have helped me with my problem. I will most definite because of the wonderful staff at this best buy continue to support this store. Thank You Tiffany, Tyrone, Jessica, John and any other who had to put up with me.

I received this in exchange for my comparable Samsung that was no longer hearing well. I think it’s worse than the original. I had to replace the Samsung microwave too and am very disappointed in that as well. And I had to pay more on top of the warranty to get something comparable to what I had. First off — at face value, it looks good. But the knobs are backwards. Usually the first knob is for the front burner now it’s the second one in from either left or right. Which takes a lot of getting used it - even my family members keep turning the wrong knob to heat up the front burners. Second it takes for ever to heat up the oven. Slow as molasses. Third, difficult to keep clean. The black streaks like crazy the burner covers constantly have marks on them even when they’ve not been used. I don’t recall my former Samsung having that problem. It has issues with the grills scraping. That is the one improvement along with the window seal on the oven is better and doesn’t leak in food drippings like the older model did. I just wished they hadn’t changed what wasn’t broken. And made the improvements of what needed improving. The microwave on the other hand which i reviewed separately is far worse. I can probably live with the oven even though as I sit and write this, I’m still waiting for it to get to the temperature. I feel like I’ve gone on a bunch of bad dates and I’m still left holding the bill.

Got this a few month ago for my new kitchen! well just like my Summary line says, GOOD LOOKING AND GOOD COOKING!!! Love it. I'm trying to think what else I can say, but its really good so nothing else I guess. Its good!
