Very happy with the stove. Pricing is awesome. It looks and functions like a very high end product.

My first gas stove EVER in my 64 years. My Grandma in Lakewood OH used one all the time and left me fond memories....like the sound of the burners and the radiant warmth. Now, my time for cookin' with gas. Amazed that the gas oven only took 7 minutes to heat to 375. My old Samsung conventional took upwards of 12 or so, Great flame control. Love the look. As mentioned before, Samsung did cheap out on the storage drawer...flimsy, Regardless, loving it so far!

We are using this range for 3 weeks and works great. Looks good and no issue so far.

I really needed a new stove, now I feel safe when using the oven. It bakes great, haven't tried the convection yet. The burners heat the food up quickly.

Less than 5 years of owning this stove and very infrequent use as we live most of the year in a different home to help an elderly family member, the left back burner knob got stuck and wouldn't allow us to turn off the burner! The only option was to turn off the gas to our home to turn off the burner. The cost to repair is over $500 which is close to the price of a new stove. This company won't stand by their products for a manufacturer's defect.

Great product, easy to clean, overall all we haven't had any problem.

I've used this range for the last 3 weeks and it exceeds my our family's expectations. Knobs are not flimsy, a lot of options for cooking. Flames are even and stay lit when set low. I really couldn't be happier - it does what it is supposed to do and looks nice as well.

It took me 3 calls to Samsung to finally get assistance. The oven is only 2 months old and high levels of carbon monoxide is coming out of it which was confirmed by the gas company plus it takes about 30 minutes for it to reach desired temperature. Hopefully they can fix but waiting on repair person (recommended by Samsung) to call me back.

Motherboard went out and they don't have the 10 manufacturer warranty.

Very disappointed with this oven. Felt like I spent good money for it but the quality is not there. The igniter has gone our a couple of times already and now I am having issues with the broiler. When calling to get a Samsung service technician out, the process was difficult and people I spoke to were unfriendly. Very disappointed as I bought several Samsung appliances at same time and have had issues with most of them.

My previous gas stove sat flush with the back wall whereas this one is about 2" from the wall. I was told by the instaler it had to do with the positioning of the gas line. He said my old one was different. I would have to build up some sort of shelf on the back to avoid spills, etc as moving the gas line would be too expensive. Wish I was told before buying it.

I have had to replace electrical parts in this range since it was 1 year old and every year since!!! I have smelled propane constantly since installed. The air quality in our home has been bad since purchasing this range. It is going out the door and being replaced with a GE!!

What an upgrade from my previous range. This Samsung unit is amazing the burners are hugh quality by far.

After 5 years of use, needing to replace the control board. The warranty is only for 1 year with Samsung. The control board costs nearly as much as a new oven. Last samsung oven I buy.

Not recommended at all after 3 years whwn you turn it on start smelling gas

my wife really loved this range the minute she saw it, i read the reviews and decided to get it for her. she really enjoys her new range and so does our family and friends.

This oven worked great--until it didn't. Right before we had it for a year we got an error code. Since it was within manufacturer warranty, Samsung serviced it. The same problem has now happened 5 times, with Samsung replacing parts each time. It will error out while heating up, during cooking, and sometimes when cooling down. The service center has deemed the unit unrepairable, and Samsung has refused to work with us to come to a resolution. They have the absolute worst customer service center. Apparently the "executive customer relations" is supposed to be contacting us, though the main customer service has no way of contacting them, and the one phone call we missed saying they had an update and to call main customer service, customer service said they had nothing new and the executive team was closed, despite the missed called 3mins earlier. After asking to speak with a manager I was placed on hold for over 15mins and finally hung up. I am so aggravated and frustrated, and am shocked Samsung is able to stay in business with this poor customer service. I regret ever buying this oven and their products.

Using range for 6-7 months. After second use brown dripping stains in between oven door glass. Called Samsung said to do a self cleaning procedure. Did nothing to remove stains between the glass. Next 2 months later, cooking grates top coating starts to peel and chip off with rust underneath. Then 6 months later front instrument panel stainless steel begins to scratch after cleaning off grease splatter with stainless steel cleaner and microfiber cloth on surface. Samsung is NOT what it used to be. Will never buy any more Samsung products.
