Super hot gas oven of dark steel.. cooks with strength!

Samsung needs to stand by their products the paint is peeling off.

I love this stove! The only down size is that after one year the display started acting up but they sent a replacement for the display!

This is the best range I've owned. Has some great features such as dehydrate, and the convection cooks evenly and perfectly.

Got my new Samsung gas stove and it is just awesome I just love,love ,love it and its also just beautiful and works GREAT

Has broken twice in 5 years, requiring expensive repairs

I was initially very happy to purchase this range as a part of a Samsung bundle. I also bought an over the range microwave and refrigerator. I am now very dissatisfied with Samsung and Best Buy, Samsung because of the lack of quality and Best Buy because they have not addressed the problem through the extended warranty. My problem with this range is that the black stainless steel finish is peeling and the knobs are of poor quality and are constantly breaking. The first knob broke after a little over a year of ownership and two others now have to be replaced. I called Best Buy in order to see what could be done through the extended warranty, someone came out to see the problem but I haven't heard back from them since and it has been a couple months.

I am very happy with the cooking performance of this stove. However, cleaning the burner area is a NIGHTMARE. First you have to completely remove the 3 heavy metal grills. Then try to wash the worst of the splatters off the shiny black surface. The outlines of splatters are very stubborn. I purchased this stove 2 years ago and I still haven't figured out a product that will thoroughly clean the surface without scratching it.

While this stove looks beautiful sitting in the kitchen, it is not feasible to use because of the constant cleaning. Be prepared to spend extra time in the kitchen every night cleaning just this stove or it will become a total pain to clean. The grates are junk and just using a dish rag to try and clean them peals the finish off.

Garbadge from the beginning. Dont buy a Samsung appliance.

Bought this for the new cabin up north and excited to complete our kitchen.

Excellent working range with great features. Only gripe is that the dials tend to fall off after a while.

Fast preheat and very accurate temp control, we love cooking again.

I had my kitchen remodeled three years ago and bought all Samsung appliances. Of the four items purchased, microwave, range, dishwasher and refrigerator, all but the dishwasher have needed repair. I love the layout of the refrigerator, but the ice maker should not stop working after only three years of light use. The microwave stopped working almost immediately after being installed and needed multiple parts replaced. The range heating element in the oven and the convection fan stopped working after about two and a half years. Thank goodness I have a home warranty as none of these repairs were covered by Samsung. As I can afford I will start replacing the appliances with a different, more reliable brand.

POC - stopped working in less than 2 or 3 years, with no one being able to really say why. Horrible support, basically said 'turn it off and back on' after trying to go through a self cleaning cycle. Don't waste your time or money, seriously.

Looks nice and it is an improvement over old stove but the cooking burns my pans. I have to babysit the stove. Also the oven cooks my cakes but they fall in the center and it doesn't matter where the racks are or if I use convection or regular oven. I will call the geek squad snd see what happens.

The worst. Oven stopped working and it cost more to repair than to replace.

Horrible warranty. Within the first year, there were scratches. Come to find out it’s not black stainless steel. There is a thin black coating covering over stainless steel. (So just get regular stainless steel). My door already needed replacement, also 2 handles broke. When I called for replacement of the handles (I was still within my 5 year warranty, year 3 of 5 to be exact) they told me i “reached the maximum amount of money available for coverage parts”

The stainless steel finish is plastic, it’s starting to peel off. Do not buy any black stainless steel products from Samsung!

This Samsung gas range is lovely looking. But that's where it ends. 31/2 years later and I'm looking for a new stove. Many, many problems, difficult to clean, does not maintain proper heat temp. in the oven. oven light works when it wants to, turn the oven on and it shuts itself off mid-cooking.
