Purchased in January 2016. Now it is a few days before Thanksgiving 2017 and the oven has stopped working. It only has a one year warranty. Buyer Beware!!!

The range has a nice body and looks very nice but after 6 month the oven gets rusty. Best buy did not help me they asked me to call the manufacture

Mediocre, convection is weak at best all knobs cracked within 6mo and service is difficult

Do not buy it from Best Buy. They sell refurbished items.

I would not buy any samsung product evert. This stove started to rest after 6 months and I called support and they told me it was not there fault and they could not do any thing. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM buy a LG or GE

I purchased it and litterally 1 month after purchasing using mild soap to clean peeled off the fake black stainless looks absolutely trashed the knobs broke 6 months later calling Best Buy was not worth the 2 hour hold no help said misuse bought the extended warranty and it is useless! Does not deserve even 1 star rating!

Had this range for less than 2 years. Control panel went out. $500 to fix it. Only paid $750 for the range. Also had a Samsung microwave that had the same SE error on the screen. I’m done with Samsung. Not worth it.

Grate feet fell easy. Top stove design is soooo bad. Grates move easy and feet break from grates. You can't buy just feet and replace them. You need to buy whole grate just to have new rubber feet. $150 single grate x 3 grates = $450.00 v.s. $5.00 set of 12 feet. Do the math!!!!! Other manufacturers have way better design for the top of stove surface (where grates' feet touch the surface) and rubber feet stay well attached on grates, or they can easy be replaced if needed. Samsung engineers made a huge mistake in design. They do not WANT YOU TO REPLACE RUBBER FEET, THEY WANT YOU TO BUY NEW GRATES even those metals will never go bad!!!!! Only VERY GREEDY people do this to their customers.

Already down 2 burners. Parts are too expensive to replace

In summary I will say that Samsung should stay away from making kitchen appliances. I had gone through lots of customer reviews before making a decision to buy this Gas Cooking Range and have been disappointed from the first month we had it installed. The gas knobs keep breaking off. The logo wiped off after a few months with regular cleaning. I guess that was intentional by Samsung since the product is so lousy. The paint has chipped off in a few places which didn't happen with all our other stoves in the past 20+ years. The grease and grime gets stuck to the surface and doesn't wipe off even with strong cleaners. The good thing is I had bought a 5 year warranty so can have it fixed. But we are so regretful for buying this product after reading all the reviews. For Appliances I learnt that it's better to stay with American Products like Frigidaire or GE.

I love the Geek Squad and the guy that came out was amazing.... It does not get to temp without you programming 100° higher, then opening the door to trick it into getting to the correct temp, then lowering it back down. If you adjust it at one temp it's high or low at another.... He's changed everything internally, some things twice..... After the third visit they were supposed to replace it.... Today on his fourth visit they are still refusing to replace it and told him the probe had to be directly on the temperature sensor and not in the oven area.... WTH..... And it's still off 15° so they told me I'll just have to adjust it each time I want to bake until I find the correct temp..... DO NOT BUY THIS RANGE

We purchased this product at the end of 2015. While operating you can smell faint smell of gas. Last month, the smell got so bad we had our gas company called out and they found it this gas range that had a faulty regulator. We called Samsung directly for it to get replaced but they would not assist us in getting it replaced or selling us the part for us to replace it ourselves.

The stove got scratches even when cleaning it with the instructions included. The knobs fell off and now I am left to have to replace them when it is only a year something. Very disappointed with my purchase.

Unit has never worked properly. Unfortunately, we moved into the house about 45 days after the installation, so Best Buy will not authorize a return. Samsung service has been terrible, They visited 3 times, got the unit working, and the next day the until stopped working, A fourth visit was scheduled but it was canceled WITHOUT notifying me because they say the unit is working, The oven and range will not ignite.

Works fine and looks good, but throws a lot of heat. Not well insulated for the cost.

What they don't tell you: You need to clean this oven and run it for 1 hour before using it. This doesn't sound unreasonable right? However, what they call a "distinct odor" should rightly be renamed "Toxic throat and eye burning process". Samsung should do this "break-in" process at their factories where there is proper ventilation and air filter systems. I can't imagine it's good for us to be breathing in these chemicals - especially when our throats and eyes are burning. Never again Samsung. Did I mention that the smell is bad? It's bad. Do other ovens do this? No idea. But this is awful. I will never trust Samsung again. I called their support number and it will take 24-48 hours for their "specialized response team" to get back to us.

this unit failed after 3 months. It took over a month to get it repaired. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG

This range is garbage!!!! I've had nothing but problems with it. The preheat always took forever and had a hard time trying to catch a flame to actually cook something. Something that should have baked in 30 minutes took twice or three times as long. Now after having the unit for only 3 years it is dead the oven is not kicking in at all and now I have to wait for a new one which everything is on backorder cause of the pandemic but i will never buy anything that is samsung ever again.

Cheap plastic knobs break frequently and cost $65 each to replace. Samsung has not recalled these knobs and refuses to replace them except by the customer paying through the nose.

I've had this oven less than 2 years and one of the burner knobs broke when I was turning on the stove. The only part that broke was the part that actually adjusts the stove, but Samsung will not repair, and replacements are around $70. Go with a different company.
