Just poorly made to the point I avoid uses the oven. If it’s on I’m heating my whole house with it. I bought the whole set, stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. I’ve had all these for about 1.5 years and I’ve gone through 3 dishwashers, 2 fridges and I just gave up on the stove. Samsung makes great TVs and phones, just stick with that.

Since it was (conveniently) no longer under warranty, we were told by customer service they could not help us. After spending so much money I really expected our oven to last awhile. Needless to say I will not be purchasing Samsung products in the future!!

I purchased a Samsun gas stove from Best Buy and after less than a year the valve on the front left burned became jammed and would not allow me to turn off the burner. I eventually had to shut off the gas because I couldn’t get the burner to turn off. Although we purchased it less than a year ago and Samsung told me it was under warranty, they refused to pay to replace their defective valve. Do not buy.

I come to find out they don’t service my area so instead of replacing a $30 knob their solution is for me to take my stove to the nearest store and swap it out... seriously!!! Never again would I buy from this company.

The range top gets filthy and is impossible to clean. Every burner but 2 are “power” burners suitable for boiling water only. We’ve had this for 1.5 years. It is going out the door.
