Stove with Knob issues

First, all knobs broke within 7 months. Second, one knob got stuck with fire at low settings so we were not able to shutoff and had to shutff from back. Both occasions we had great Samsung service because they replaced all knobs for free and also sent tech to our house to fix the issue.

So far I love, love everything about it. Most of all the bread Proof feature. I used it for dinner roll i made for our Christmas dinner. they turned out great. I am looking forward to using the Roast feature for our New Year Eves dinner. Quality, Value the price was on point.
