The top grates are easily washed in the dishwasher. The oven works great, however the convection feature is average - it doesn't really work as well as other convection oven's I've used but it still works faster than a regular oven. Overall great buy

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The stove is very nice, but it took almost3 months to get it, the best buy kept canceling the delivery 4 times because it was a gas stove and I paid the installation fee tohjave the best buy crew to hook it up, and 4 cancelations because they had NO 1 TO HOOK IT UP, what it that about? Finally had to cancel installation, and just get them to bring the stove, bad business practices.

Then on delivery day the delivery man told me I had to rearrange my work schedule to accept in the morning instead of the evening as planned because he had other plans. The warehouse made me coordinate with the store instead doing it themselves. I will never buy a delivered product from Best buy.

Now that she has this range, probably one of the best on the market without getting into the pro. models, she's happier than a clam at high tide. Cooking up a storm & enjoying every minute of it.

Love the ease of maintaining temperatures. Wish oven had light you could turn on during cooking, rather than just when opening door. Pretty easy to keep clean

The only two things I'd change... buttons are hard to press. Second thing is sometimes the gas turns orange. I don't think it's the unit because they came out and checked it and it has only done it once since that time. I'll keep an eye on it though.
