so far, so good....only two weeks and I love it and it's so pretty..

I think the delivery men were efficient and professional. They detected a gas leak from the old stove and made sure my new stove did not leak. I received the stove before Thanksgiving and cooked the full meal and couldn't have been happier. Im very impressed and thankful it is working so well

For the price I was sold at 5 burners and stainless steel. This was a great addition but the size makes the middle burner inconvenient when you want to have all burners on and your pots and pans are all big in size. Aside from that it works great and the item it comes with is a bonus.

The oven is awesome makes you want to bake. 5* 's.

I bought this gas range because its oven has a self-cleaning capability and a fan to ensure that heat inside the oven is evenly distributed. And the knobs are made of steel and not cheap plastics that attracts grease and hard to clean! The price was very reasonable and the range looks nice.

I closed on my first house on September 2016 and purchased this gas range on Black Friday. I got a great deal on this that I couldn't pass up. It's been 4 months and I haven't had a problem. The range looks really good and 5 burners heat up pans really fast and accommodate large pots and pans. Highly recommended.

We got a good deal on this new, open-box item. Everything worked upon hookup, but the BB fellas that helped to load it into my car tipped it on its side to hoist it up without first removing the burners and grates, which all fell out and onto the asphalt. This resulted in minor damage, luckily, but it could have been a lot worse. Furthermore, the control board on the item failed a few months into our usage of it. Evidently, the board can essentially get too pliable when hot and become stuck pressed down on one of the buttons causing a short when it cools down. This is bad design on Samsung's part. An oven that breaks itself when it gets too hot is asking for trouble. We no longer manipulate the control board when the unit is hot other than to turn it off and keep it clear of pot and pans to prevent any accidental touches.

Easy to use and navigate, just a bit hard to clean the surface
