We recently purchased it and found to be great addition to kitchen.

If I could unwind this purchase, I would. 1. The installers weren't able to complete installation. Finishing installation cost me about $500. 2. Samsung support is inept. The support person relied on a phone app and ignored the obvious. He did not have sufficient command of the language to discuss the problem. Now that the warranty is over, I have more confidence that I'll be able to fix this oven. Now that I have had this experience, I would do several things differently. 1 - I would never purchase a Samsung gas appliance again. 2 - Prior to delivery, I would temporarily de-install the existing appliance myself prior to making my order. 3 - Don't wait until the day after the Best Buy warranty ends to decide to get support. Unfortunately, my purchase coincided with COVID. As a result, whether I could schedule was initially unclear. There were two problems: 1 - A whistle when gas is running 2 -When the oven is started, the valve that it opens to let gas into the unit does not open. Over time, 40-60 minutes, it will open gradually. But if I turn on the range, the gas will begin to flow immediately. While neither of these problems prevents me from using the unit, they represent a manufacturer's defect. The repair tech Samsung assigned was from Cyber World Electronics, an independent shop. The tech replaced the igniter; he fundamentally misunderstood the problem. This was clear when he was on-site, but he could not understand my explanation. When I raised this concern to another person on at the firm, she told me that all of the techs have limited English skills. Imagine they joy I felt knowing that I would have to enter this support treadmill. The tech shows up. I write notes on a paper, hoping he can understand. He misdiagnoses the problem again and again. What made matters worse was that Cyber World refused to call me back or respond in any way when the problem wasn't fixed. I believe they get paid on a per site visit basis, so they have no incentive to follow up. Samsung *might* get involved if the same customer has the same issue repeatedly, but who knows. Bottom line, Best Buy's install techs could have been better. Samsung's ability to support this product, and probably any of their products, in Atlanta is fundamentally inadequate. What a pity. The product itself would be just fine if it had ever seen a day that it worked as designed.

overall happy except the keys(switches) all came off broken in the 1st week very bad material
