Our appliance repair folks will not even service them because they are so prone to being faulty and they can't warranty their work because of the low grade parts that are made for it. Also, the finish (we got the smokey finish) is already peeling in multiple places. Found a place that would repair but he said don't ever buy a Samsung again. After two years of owning this, we are forced to purchased a new one. I can guarantee it won't be a Samsung. I've spoken to folks at Samsung and they'll do nothing.

However, we find you need to cook things a bit longer in the oven, or turn up the heat by five degrees, or put it on convection toward the end of the cooking time.
