Nice looking with functional design. It works perfect for daily cooking

We purchased this range as part of a set and it was delivered in November 2018. In January 2020, I noticed that next to the handlebar that opens the oven door the black finish has started to wear off. We use the handle to open the range door, so it it isn't from wear and tear of opening the door other ways or for banging into anything . Knowing we had the extended warranty we contacted both Best Buy who knowing full well from our description over the phone sent someone to our house and they advised us it wasn't covered under the extended warranty as it was "cosmetic". My husband had to take the morning off from work for this 2 minute visit. Upon calling Best Buy they advised us to contact Samsung (and even was gracious enough to transfer my call) who advised us that our manufacturers warranty expired on December 2019. When I asked if I noticed it December (1 month ago) if it would be covered they said "no it's cosmetic". My concern is the finish is going to continue to wear and get bigger and that the other matching products we purchased as part of the set (Fridge, Microwave and Dishwasher) will also start to do the same as it is seems to be poor finishing materials they used. Very disappointed with both Best Buy and Samsung for not standing behind the craftsmanship of their products. I would not recommend getting the black stainless steel as it will not stay "black" for long and you will have appliances that look much older than they truly are. I more than likely will not purchase anything from either business again based on their customer service and less than quality materials they use on their products. When speaking with twp separate Samsung employees, I asked for the CEO's contact information. They were unable to provide me with that information. Even the Facebook representative went silent and stopped answering me when I asked for the information as well. Very disappointed and frustrated.

It is one of best range ever purchase. My wife cook on it every night.

I am not an big cook so I didn't know if this product should get five stars. It does all that I need it to do and more. I like the quick settings & convection. I really like the long griddle that comes wth it, great for bacon. I'm a huge breakfast person.

I love the convection oven. It cooks much better than my old gas stove. This stove lights easily, but I have never hit the buttons on by accident. I did all the time with my old stove.

The stove runs hotter than what I am familiar with on other stoves. I like the design. The black stainless steel shows every bit of crumb, grease, and water drop. On the good side, I clean it more often and much better than the other stove. I like the precooking temperature display that is automatic.

This looks so nice in my new house. It works great and really pullled the entire kitchen together. I use it 3 to 4 times a day cooking for my kids so me saying that it’s amazing is saying something.

stove and microwave oven match perfectly and was the most reasonable.

Great cook top especially with middle Grill. Easy to clean, heavy duty grates a plus. Holds any size pan steady. Haven't had a chance to use oven yet, look forward to self cleaning feature.

My Samsung stove works grate I love it thanks Best Buy

The only problem I have is with the fan being on the side. Have to constantly remember to turn item in oven if you find want one side to get darker than the rest of it. Works like an oven should. Grates are lightweight which is nice when need to clean stove top.

23+ yr old stove died. Needed to upgrade and this fit the bill. Looks much more expensive than it is. Oven is large and the black top looks "classy". So far no trouble with knobs or grates. Haven't cleaned it yet (self-cleaning) so can't comment on that.

It’s a great stove that has pleanty of room to cook. My only issue is the amount of heat that it gives off.

This Gas stove cooks very fast. I like the extra burner in the middle
