The only problem I have had is a short key circuit but it was remedied by unplugging the v oven and turning back on.

Well, anyone who uses gas knows gas is WAY better than electric. I've owned both gas and electric ranges through the years. This is absolutely the best gas range (or ANY range) that I've ever owned. I highly recommend this range. I do not recommend any electric range, but that's due to my anti-electric prejudice. HAHA!

Great step up from old builder grade stove.

Now, I love to cook, so this is a revelation! Such a huge difference: the BTU level of this blows the old one away, which equals faster, higher heat. Boiling a pot of water is waaaay quicker and better. Seriously, just boiling a pot of water. The convection fan doesnt seem to give the 10-15% quicker that they are "supposed" to give (Samsung doesnt claim this, just interwebs lore), but still works fantastically. Overall, a fantastic upgrade and well worth it.
