The oven convection heats extremely well and takes almost never o time to preheat. The stove top heats extremely well also, the only gripe I have is when lighting the Burners they ignite almost violently for a second, more than what I'm used to. It's possible it could be a pressure issue but not sure. Overall it works great and would recommend to anyone that likes to cook.

The hotest burners are too big to fit under 8-in pots and pans on high. The metal grades that cover the entire stove surface are so high up from the burners that enormous amount of heat dissipates into the air around the stove heating the entire kitchen instead of just the pot / pan. The cast iron grates absorb a lot of heat so it is an inefficient stove to use because so much of the heat is being used to heat the air and the grate instead of the pot / pan. I wish this stove had been available in my area without the middle heating element which I'm sure I will never use. If you leave the griddle on the heating element there isn't enough room to put the pots on both sides of the griddle. This means it's hard to have any space on this stove for putting down a spoon or any other utensil used for cooking. All in all this stove is a big disappointment. I don't love the broiler either, it's not as hot as my last stove which was not a fancy stove but was about 25 years old.
