Oven is temperature correct, foods come out great. Convection takes some getting used to as it reduces cooking time and yet increases crispness when desired. Easy to use, clean and its very sturdy. Grates have no issues with my cast iron cookware.

Our first Gas/Convection range. Easy hook-up, get the longer hose helps cleaning behind stove, Control knobs good size and accurate for displaying desired temperature. Convection oven does a nice browning job on a turkey leaving the meat moist with a nice brown crust. The only drawback is you may have boil overs where you will have to clean more often. Overall we love our new Gas/Convection range

Did my research and this unit (in the price range I wanted) was rated pretty highly on multiple sites. Good chance we would have purchased anyway, but the sales associate checked competitor pricing on his computer for us and saved us another $150! Install crew was in an out quickly and did a nice job. A week in, we've been happy. The oven heats up much quicker than our old unit, the extra heat provided by the front right burner has been a plus, and the griddle over the fifth burner worked great for warming up tortillas. So far, its been easy to use and keep clean. Happy for now!

Excellent gas oven for the price. Easy to clean and cooks evenly

I absolutely love my new range! The oven is much larger than my last. I had a couple of commerical baking pans that I was never able to use before - they easily fit in this oven. Love the griddle. Stovetop is easy to clean, all the burners easily come apart and go back together. i'm really happy with this unit.

Everything was good. The one thing I didn't expect was when I lit one of the burners, all of them began clicking as it began the igniter on all four burners. I thought this was a malfunction, but after contacting a repairman from the Geek Squad, he said that all of these burners do that... that they are all linked to one igniter system. The higher end ranges have igniter systems for each burner. Didn't know that...

We needed a new stove. Our other gas stove was barely working. So we went shopping. We wanted gas, and for it to match our Samsung Black Stainless Steel fridge. We did tons of online research. Scoped out a few options in store and ended up ordering this beauty online. Got an awesome sale too. Its nice and powerful. Even the simmer burner will eventually boil a large pot of water. Oven is great. Convection option is pretty much all we use now. It also comes with a griddle thats AWESOME. We have made eggs, pancakes, toast, meats all kinds of stuff. Its great. My only con would be there is a lot of open space within the grates on the stove. So sometimes a pot or pan doesn't want to sit evenly so just watch it carefully. Other than that we love it!

The stove is perfect! Cooking time has been cut in half! I'm using less pans, especially when it comes to breakfast as the griddle does it all! Boiling water is done in less than 3 minutes; flame must be on high for this to happen. If you are looking for a stove, look no more and by the Samsung!

I love this stove. You don’t need anything more. Love the extra griddle that comes with the stove. The baking panel is very easy to use even if you don’t want to read the operating instructions. If you love appliances with storage your in luck, this stove has a storage compartment that I store 3 cookie sheets and a cupcake pan.

Love love love the center griddle pan. Never thought I would use it but pancakes French toast and scrambled eggs work great on here. Cleans up easily. I like that the grates are 3 pieces. Vs 5. The oven part is nice too. I like that it tells me if the door is open how long to get back to temp. All in all a great purchase!

We upgraded from a very basic stove to this model and love the features of this range! Put a lot of research time into choosing a model that was right for our family. I think we made the right choice. We have made roasts, turkey, cookies, bread using the convection fan and we all agree that it makes the food taste different--but better!

Nice control of heat. Big space in the oven. Heats up quickly and evenly. Buttons on the control panel are sometimes hard to press.
