Best Buy used XPO logistics to transport & install but failed to install it 3 times. Keep READING !!! and I know why...Ok be prepared to remove your old stove bracket, this Samsung stove requires the installation of a new bracket on the floor or wall, and to drill a couple of holes in the concrete floor you will need a drill hammer.

I love my stove it cooks like now hot heat when you need it and browns great with Convection . the top burner comes with the flat plat for the center. This is the best Range I have ever owned so far.

I have had the stove for about three months. I do quite a bit of cooking for a large extended family. I really love it. The griddle feature is awesome. The griddle cleans easily and I can cook 8 or more hamburgers or grilled cheese. The simmer burner is great for cooking sauces and cream soups that in the past I have scorched. The burners accommodate large pans, It is a little tight to cook with two large pans on the same side. It is easy to clean, although the oval middle burner top has some spots that I cannot get off. The oven is large enough for two 13 x 9 pans to cook side by side. The oven cooks evenly and seems to run true to temperature. The racks can be arranged in several configurations, I like that the stove is black and stainless so it goes with my older black appliances and will look good with any new ones I buy. All in all I am very happy with this stove. I was called and told the exact time they would arrive. The deliver men were courteous and knowledgeable.

We had just bought a Samsung French Door fridge and within a week our stove went out. We checked online reviews and found this suited our needs. Bought from Best Buy online and had it delivered within a couple days. Got the oven and cooked a roast that came out great. Made cookies and they were perfect. Love the convection function!

Overall good looking appliance but I haven't evaluated it fully yet but so far so good looked to be a good buy

For the price we paid, this is a beautiful stove. I have not used all the functions, however, experimented with the convection baking option and for the few items I have baked, they came out perfect and in a few minutes quicker than the normal baking cycle. Also, I did not have to rotate the baked goods half way through the baking time. The self cleaning worked very well. The stove is black and stainless steel and needless to say, keeping it clean is an on going chore, especially after sautéing on the stove top. The black color shows every bit of grease and splatter. It is a good looking stove with nice sized handles and the position of the large burners toward the front end of the stove top was an excellent idea. This also has a fifth elongated burner in the middle and came with a griddle. The appearance of the stove with the matching stainless steel microwave above it makes for a classy look. We have had it for almost a month and so far have not had any issues. We use the stove every day.

I love this oven! We purchased it for our new home and it's perfect. We almost went with the one that is not convection, but I am so glad we went with the convection!! It cooks everything so evenly without having to turn it!

This is the first time we have owned a stainless steel range. We are accustomed to white ones. The range itself works great. The temp is correct, it bakes well and we love the "roast" setting. However, be careful not to scratch the stainless steel control panel area. With barely a touch, when removing the grate to clean the top of the stove, the panel was scratched. We haven't found a product to take it out. Also, the black top is harder to keep clean, that is, it streaks unless wiped down a few times with a damp micro-cloth. We decided to keep the range after several days of consideration and will put in the extra effort of cleaning.

Love the warming setting! The front burner heats fast!

Great product for an affordable price. Samsung did it once again.
