I received this range recently. It works well. It does not heat up the entire kitchen. Foods were cooked evenly.

We use the griddle every Sunday for pancakes. It's a great feature. Have only used the oven a few times, but it's easy to clean and the convection bake feature cooks food quickly.

Bought it during thanksgiving.... n it is working absolutely fine... One issue we found when we bought it was that we have few vessels that have a round bottom rather than a flat one so for that we needed to buy a wok ring as it helps to keep those vessels steady... it is great for vessels with flat bottoms

Kept holding out on buying a stove and finally pulled the plug and so glad I did. Enjoying this really nice stove very much! Made Christmas dinner and desert in it and turned out great!

I really like my new stove , love the grill part in the middle I use it for so many things. I'm so happy with the oven so much better from the one I had , I'm enjoying my holidays baking all my goodies

Makes a lot of noise when high burner is on. It gets dirty easily, it's not true that it's easily cleaned. You have to install it yourself or pay a hefty price to get it installed.

This range is not only beautiful to look at, it has everything I need. I power burner is great and the convection works amazingly! I used the middle burner for a breakfast scramble and it was ok but for other things would be perfect.

Purchased this stove as one of several items for my kitchen update project. The price was right and it looks gorgeous in the room, not to mention it's fun to use. Very happy with my purchase and with the installation service.

Have not used it much yet but every thing works great. I had to convert it to propane, the oven orifice was a little hard to convert for me as you have to crawl in it to do it. We are not use to the top burners on the front as they burn so hot. Other than that seems great.

We purchased this range as part of a set and it was delivered in November 2018. In January 2020, I noticed that next to the handlebar that opens the oven door the black finish has started to wear off. We use the handle to open the range door, so it it isn't from wear and tear of opening the door other ways or for banging into anything . Knowing we had the extended warranty we contacted both Best Buy who knowing full well from our description over the phone sent someone to our house and they advised us it wasn't covered under the extended warranty as it was "cosmetic". My husband had to take the morning off from work for this 2 minute visit. Upon calling Best Buy they advised us to contact Samsung (and even was gracious enough to transfer my call) who advised us that our manufacturers warranty expired on December 2019. When I asked if I noticed it December (1 month ago) if it would be covered they said "no it's cosmetic". My concern is the finish is going to continue to wear and get bigger and that the other matching products we purchased as part of the set (Fridge, Microwave and Dishwasher) will also start to do the same as it is seems to be poor finishing materials they used. Very disappointed with both Best Buy and Samsung for not standing behind the craftsmanship of their products. I would not recommend getting the black stainless steel as it will not stay "black" for long and you will have appliances that look much older than they truly are. I more than likely will not purchase anything from either business again based on their customer service and less than quality materials they use on their products. When speaking with twp separate Samsung employees, I asked for the CEO's contact information. They were unable to provide me with that information. Even the Facebook representative went silent and stopped answering me when I asked for the information as well. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I had purchased this exact model number from Lowes, and had it installed and it was wonderful. For about 2 weeks.... then it died. Right in the middle of cooking we had noticed that the oven wasn't hot anymore. The stovetop worked, but oven did not. I wasn't about to have Lowes send out a technician on a brand new oven, so I just returned it. Luckily BestBuy had the same stove, $200 off at this point, and I purchased the 2 year warranty just in case anything was to happen. It has been almost a year now, and no issues at all! I would recommend this to a friend, I guess sometimes you just get a bad one.

I love the convection oven. It cooks much better than my old gas stove. This stove lights easily, but I have never hit the buttons on by accident. I did all the time with my old stove.

The Samsung stove is a great change from our old smooth top. 5 burners is a nice plus. The griddle is really nice to use for pancakes. can't wait to try it for some Philly cheesesteaks!
