I needed to replace my 20 year old gas range. I looked at many reviews and the specifications of this brand and model. I liked what I read and once I got it home liked the item for myself. It is easy to clean and the burners heat any size pot or pan evenly.

I love the black stainless, I love having a gas stove again. This is a nice stove but I do not like the large fluctuation in temperature when baking. My previous GE gas stove cooked everything precisely to recipe directions. This stove however nevers seems to be the accurate temperature and although I have not actually tested the inside temperature, it takes much longer to cook things than recommended. I find I have to increase the cooking time about 50% and even increase the cooking temperature 35-50 degrees. Having gone over 20 years since I purchased the stove in my last home, I can see the lack of quality in the appliance. I don’t necessarily think it’s just this brand or particular stove, but all newer appliances. Although they have more bells and whistles and look nice....they just don’t make them like they use to.

I have not yet used all of features of my new Samsung gas range because I am elderly and set in my old cooking ways. One problem I have is that the oven door is deeper than I'm used to and I have a somewhat difficult time taking things out of the oven because I have to stand to the side because of the distance involved with the door. The other negative for me is that when you turn on the burners I expect the burner to burn on" Low" first and than you turn up to" High". When the burner is turned on it comes on directly to "high" and than you turn to the right t to turn down. It will take some time getting used to - hopefully, I won't burn anything in the meantime. Otherwise I like how fast the oven warms and it is much faster than my old electric stove.

We couldn't be happier with this purchase, and for the price, it's practically a steal. It helps that it's really well rated on Consumer reports and other Consumer advocacy groups.

I will never go back to an electric stove again!!!

Great quality. Still relatively new to me but everything has been perfectly cooked. I love the middle burner pan for toasted cheese sandwich and pancakes

This samsung stove and range with convection oven and a griddle...it also dehydrated and proofs dough also high power burner and a perfect simmer burner this is one awesome range and oven

I love the way it works and looks. The Front Left and Right burners. They are very powerful. the middle burner comes with the a griddle for pancakes or to griddle burger patties.

Love this Samsung range! Convection oven works flawlessly and the included Griddle makes it all around great looking and performing range. Love the cast iron grates.

Finally upgraded our over 20 year old range. Very happy with this one that we selected. Only thing I have wrong with it is the knobs seem to turn on very easily. A few times have brushed past it and started hearing the ignite.

I really like my gas range. The fire seems hotter than my old range and I like that I have a griddle in the middle. I was very satisfied in how Best Buy handled the delivery.

I love how simple this high tech range is, heck I can use it. This thing is powerful and accurate so it's almost impossible to screw up, and it has great time features.

December 2016 I bought a Samsung gas range at best buy. By early Nov 2017 it was not working properly and I called Samsung to get it repaired on warranty. They told me I was out of warranty, since I bought it in June 2016! I was forced to send them proof of purchase (many thanks to BEST BUY for having that available) three times in order to get warranty coverage. Eventually Samsung agreed to replace the item, but told me I had to pay for delivery, installation and county fees! Best Buy was very supportive and picked up those costs, so the replacement cost me nothing (as it should have. I LOVE BEST BUY. Samsung Corp is less than supportive.

When we moved into our house 13 years ago, there was a new electric stove. We wanted gas but couldn't justify the expense since the electric was brand new. Cooking with gas is so much better than electric. You can control the heat better and things seem to cook more quickly on the burners. The only thing I miss about the electric is being able the use the flat surface as extra counter space. I have a small kitchen and I didn't realize how much I used the stove top for extra counter space but I would never go back to electric.

The stove has all the options you would want. We really enjoy the fifth burner with a grill/griddle. we've already made steaks and they turned out very well..The convection oven is a plus.

Love this stove! This oven has two inner fans that work hand in hand with the convection, awesome! Love it! If your looking for a great appliance in the kitchen, this is the one!

Like the easy cleaning of this oven and it has a nice look, similar to professional restaurant ovens. I had no idea it had so many features. Misses Tony Wu is also very happy with this purchase.
