Awesome gas range

The delivery and installation left much to be desired. I received an email and phone call stating delivery would be between 8:00 am and noon. After they had not shown up by 1:00pm, phone calls were made but the representatives didn’t have any information, failed to find out where the delivery was nor seemed to care that I had taken a 1/2 day off from work that turned into a full day of lost wages. They finally showed up at 3:30. Once here they did a nice job. I will probably look around to purchase other appliances that need to be installed as I think you should. This had potential to be a 4-5 Star review but Best Buy ruined it.
