Grates heavy duty Aside from stovetop is made of porcelain ceramic. If you will not clean it up right away it will make drip marks which i do not like. So i try to clean after use immediately.

You have to watch out for the stovetop's largest burner, as, even at its lowest setting, it will keep things boiling briskly. Luckily, I caught my soup in time! Otherwise, baking has been very reliable.

The only complaint is the heat coming out of the stove vent is directed to the cooktop and condensates on the middle griddle burner. Nice stove for the money!
