Some of the rubber feet on the grates have fallen off, so now the grates are unstable, not so great when you have hot pans sitting on an unstable surface. Samsung's response is to buy an entire new grate. The worst part is every time that you turn on a burner the freaking clock resets. So they have a floating ground issue with the electronics. Samsung says there is nothing wrong with it. The oven part is controlled via the digital display. We do not use the oven because it is not safe when the temp controls are digital and there is a grounding issue with the electronics. We are very good a setting the clock because we do it after every meal because its flashing after being reset due to turning on the burners. The middle burner is rather useless it doesn't get hot enough for anything. The grates weigh a ton, they are dishwasher safe but after putting them in the dishwasher the feet start to fall off. As for the rest of the controls you will need to keep your manual in the kitchen because its like trying to land a 747 with all the freaking buttons. It has the Bluetooth capability to use your phone to diagnose a problem, yea that's useless it says nothing is wrong. Right....the clock resetting because I turned on a burner is not a bug its a feature? Would I recommend? Nope. Would I buy again? NEVER. Bottom line is I am replacing this with a USA-made product and will chuck this thing in the trash. Did I mention this thing was junk?

Make sure the one that your buying incles ALL of the features your looking for. The stove is decent, but I am considering exchanging it for one with more options.

Horrible purchase!

Warranty only covered 12 months. Purchased as a bundle with the microwave and dishwasher. All three appliances have had issues. NEVER again will purchase a Samsung appliance.

If the oven has stopped working, the most common reason is loose connections or tripped circuits can cause one or the other not to work, and if this has been going on since installation, it's very likely due to improper installation or insufficient power supply.
