    I hate that the grill connect with each other so you have to wait until you finish cook and the stove cools to clean it up.

    This was definitely an upgrade that I needed but after two years of use, I’m starting to have problems.

    Rusting Appears after 9months of usage

    I am disappointed that the stainless steel has been cleaned regularly, I wouldn’t rexommend this since there’s rust starting to appear everywhere , on the body , by the time display (where the buttons are). Not only that , we clean it daily, after cooking we wipe off any oil stains or splashes etc, and we only use it maximum 2-3hrs a day for cooking, how can a company make something that needs to be cleaned and starts getting rust with 12months if usage. Very disappointed

    Great Stove but very sensitive!

    Purchased this stove back in June 2019 as a bundle. We have not had any issues so far and it works great. It does seem to be a little too sensitive to touch where the knobs have turned on just by brushing against it. Lately after about 8 months I have noticed the oven turns on by itself when I am boiling water on the back burners! I can't imagine it being that sensitive to steam! I can understand the knobs turns on due to movement but the oven turning on due to steam does not make sense to me. It is like a hazard waiting to happen. Unless I am doing something wrong which I am not aware of. One star due to how sensitive it is as I think that's a safety concern. Other than the safety concerns it works really well.

    We purchased this thinking it will last for a long time but after 6 months of usage the rubber holdings on the bottom of the grill came off and the black color starting to fade.

    We loved the look, at first. However, the finish along the front top edge started peeling shortly after the first year we had it. Now, the finish around the display is starting to peel! I was just about ready to buy the matching fridge, but no way am I getting another Samsung appliance from Best Buy/Pacific Sales. I'm sure they are aware of this issue as I have now seen so many similar reports. I am worried that my dishwasher is soon to follow.

    Useless during an outage

    I purchased this gas range to utilize during a power outage. Because I live in a hurricane zone, being able to cook without power is essential. During a recent power outage, I discovered that this gas range wouldn’t work because it has an electric starter. Who puts an electric starter on a gas range?! This feature makes this appliance useless during a power outage. I called customer service and they said that there was no way to bypass this feature. Be aware of this before you buy this product!

      Hi there,
      I see you are concerned about using your Samsung Gas Range during a power outage. I can help with that. If there is a power failure, you can ignite the burner manually.
      ***Use caution when doing this.
      1. Hold a long gas grill lighter to the surface burner you want to light.
      2. Push in the control knob for that burner, and then turn it to the Lite position.
      Turn on the grill lighter to ignite the burner.
      3. After the burner is lit, turn the control knob to adjust the flame level.

    This oven has exceeded all of my expectations. The touch controls are seuper fast and responsive, the oven provides very even baking, the illuminated knobs are actually very handy. Easy to clean, great middle burner and convection. To top it off the price is amazing. I was going to purchase the $1599 slide in and am so glad I didn't as this oven does everything I need it to do for half the cost. Installation was fantastic. Buy this oven!

    I made the purchase of a stove and ended up canceling the order. They never communicated to deliver. The employee who placed the order had a terrible service. I never make a purchase again. They likes to play with people's money.

    This was my 2nd samsung range that broke within 15 months after the purchase. I also have other sumsung appliances in the house that i had issues with in the past. I will never purchase any sumsung appliance in future.

    Seemed ok but came with a scratch on front and had I refused and sent back I would not have a range to cook on. Anyhow after 1 year ignighter blew right after warranty ended. I would not recommend

Then the igniter blew a year after the warranty ended. We apologize for the inconvenience the issue has caused you.     Nothing against the product itself, just right before delivery was informed there was a major scratch on the appliance, so decided no longer wanted it since it was the last one they had and couldn’t replace it

    Very disappointing product. I thought this was a downdraft range and even though it looks like one, it's not. And every time I turn the oven on, there's a gas smell for about 5 minutes
