I didn't know that natural gas and propane was different! But the range came with the Lp conversion orfices and i had to wait a week to use it because of the service needed to convert it. My bad, not there's! Works great and looks great. I bought the black stainless to match the black stainless Samsung fridge i just bought.... both are great

Great When It’s Not Broken

My first one was installed improperly and then it was also discovered to have an internal leak. Went without one for 5 weeks. Now we finally have our replacement and I think it is working and not broken. Great if it’s working and leak free. Samsung has the worst customer service.

There is minimal grate surface, which makes it a challenge to balance small pots and pans. If one is not mindful of the large spaces between the grates, small pots and pans will tip over. During these summer months, I have used the oven minimally. What I have noticed is food takes longer to cook than before. I'm not sure if the temperature was off on my prior oven or if it is off on this oven.
