However, appearance wise, the quality has declined. The metal grates are easily scraped by pots/pans. There are water marks/food stains even though we clean the stovetop daily. The oven is saturated with stains from baking foods. Haven't tried the self cleaning option yet. At least it's still working so we can have food everyday.

I had to call the gas company to hook it up . I also got rid of the old stove myself . So I will be coming by for a credit of $40.00. . You had charged me $20 for hookup and $ 20 for taking the old stove away which I had done myself .

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased whole set of black stainless steel appliance about 11 months ago, It was big mistake! the black "paint" started peeling after 6 months on all of them. we were told by customer service it was not paint but tint ! It was not covered by warranty !!! which means we stuck with it only after 6 months not to mention we spent about 4000+ dollars. SO STAY AWAY from " black stainless steel " . I hope best buy could work with samsung to come up with a solution. Apparently this is a common issue with all black stainless steel appliances. A very painful experience!

I consider the 5.8 cu. ft. self cleaning oven the best feature because you have more room for baking, and at the same time cleaning the oven is exceptionally easy. The various burners on the stove allows you to do precision professional cooking.
