The heat can't be really high as it will make the counter hot if there is a pan/pot on it. The smaller style burners didn't have this issue.

Doesn't seem to cook right

Okay for basic

We are selling so wanted to get something decent but didn’t want to spend over $800. I didn’t realize how much different it would be without convection cooking. It definitely takes longer. The stove is fine for normal use.

DONE WITH SAMSUNG

Despite the intermittent usage the touch pad has malfunctioned. From what I have seen on the internet mine is not an isolated problem. Contacted Samsung and they do not have an authorized repair service in my area (suburban Chicago). I have purchased 2 Samsung appliances in the last 2 years and have had problems with both. Needless to say there will not be a third.

Worst product ever

I no longer have a working oven and ive only owned my stove for 67 days. I will never again buy a samsung product.

Samsung stove

But overall it’s good.

Buy at your own risk

The oven didn't want to work and it was a headache trying to find out way. Bad part on my end on not buy warranty but thank God for it 1 year warranty with Samsung. But they couldn't figure out what was wrong and changed out 5 parts before finding out what was wrong. But after that it has been working great, would recommend and just hope you don't run into the issue I had or get warranty lol. The control panel was burnt-out that was my issue.

Samsung range is awful.

The black areas smear a lot when you try to clean under the burners. BEWARE, when I slow roasted a standing rib, grease went between the glass on the door of the oven. I called Samsung and they told me that I have to remove the door and use sand paper on the glass once I get it apart. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! I have NEVER EVER had this happen on any of my old ranges-SHAME ON THEM AND SHAME ON BEST BUY FOR SELLING THIS CRAP!!!

Worst Range Ever!

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cannot place several large or med pots on the top simultaneously and have them all centered on the flame because the burners are too close and there is a lip on the back control part that blocks placement. Also, oven part will not stay calibrated. It keeps un-calibrating which ruins baking. Its at least 50 degrees off on any given day. It also doesnt bake evenly. Example, a cookie sheet with items cooks on the left and right side but not the center. Over all i am disappointed greatly. This is the worst range i have EVER jad

The Samsung range model is a standard 30-inch range. The placement of burners is spread across the cooktop to accommodate the most space. If all 5 burners are used for medium (9 inches) to large (12 inches) pots, it will be a tight fit.
Your cooktop has multiple burners of different sizes, and your cookware's size should match the burner you're using it on. A large pot used on the small burner will have the heat concentrated in the middle part of the pot instead of the entire pot.
As you have calibrated your oven regularly and it does not keep the setting, it would be best to have an authorized service technician.

item does not work correctly

Too HOT

I figured this is important enough reason to do so. I feel it is dangerous. I would not purchase this stove due to it is extreme hard to clean. When you cook in the stove it’s so hot everything on the stove is hot to touch. The knobs, the top of the stove any pots or pans that is sitting on the stove. If messes up the top of the stove due to it being so hot. Trying to teach my young teenager how to cook on this stove is hazardous.
