My first impression was the flames when you turn on the oven. Typically, a normal oven would light all at the same time. However, this one lights from Left to all the way around creating a swirl of fire! It’s pretty cool!

The range does everything that it says it will do. We haven't come across any issues, and we love it so far. I can't wait to use it more often to bake more. The replaceable grill pan areas make it easy to clean.

Let me start off by saying I’m a BB Elite Plus member. I’ve easily spent over $5K this year between my account and my husbands, so we typically have no issue with BB. We recently upgraded our kitchen appliances all with BB and had them install them. This has been THE WORST experience with both BB and Samsung. We bought our gas range brand new. 1) The range wasn’t installed properly. There were TWO gas leaks due to the range not being hooked up properly. 2) There was a 3rd gas leak we found after the external ones were fixed. The 3rd leak was internal, so the range itself was defective and only 2 months old. This has been a NIGHTMARE trying to get it replaced. BB passed us off to Samsung since it’s still under warranty. Samsung has taken their sweet time to send anyone out here to verify the internal leak, see if they can repair it, and potentially replace it if that can’t repair. We have two young children and we’re in the middle of a freaking pandemic where we can’t be eating out. The first time the gas company had to shut off our main gas. We were without a range, heat, or hot water for days. BB was going to leave us without these things for almost a week, but we spent an entire day calling them repeatedly and we got someone out earlier no thank to them. This time we’re only without a range, but it’s been almost two weeks. It’s been real fun cooking meals for my family every day without a range that we paid for. Par for the course, 2020. Way to be professional, Best Buy and Samsung. Wow. Now I’m terrified of the next time this thing gets hooked up to the gas again. Gas leaks are no joke, and Best Buy and Samsung have done a HORRENDOUS job handling this. Buyer beware. No the risks you’re taking when you buy major appliances from Best Buy and/or Samsung. Unbelievable!

This is a good stove/oven to have. Samsung has been my favorite brand to buy. Easy to clean, easy to use. If you're in the market for an oven/stove this is one to buy. No issues. Best purchase.

Easiest decision made buying this stove. Needed something inexpensive, but high quality and I wasn't disappointed. We're completely satisfied and can't wait to complete the set with the fridge.

This is the first gas stove that I have ever purchased. Many years of using an electric stove, this is very different. Works and cooks very well. Quick heating for the oven. Enjoying it!

Love it so far, just a couple months old. Burners are great, great selection of sizes for what you’re doing. Got it on sale, was able to see it in person at the store. No buyers remorse.

You don't realize how bad an electric stove truly is until you experience the consistent heat produced by this stove. It feels high quality and has made cooking a joy again. It is definitely worth every penny.

Looks really nice and expansive. We installed it recently in a newly renovated house and right now this house is vacant so don’t know how exactly it will work onwards. But looks good quality.

Nicely designed for our cooking needs. We bought to replace our old Whirlpool one and we are not disappointed at all.

All controls are properly marked, burners and controls are of good quality. burner assemblies are sealed within the cook pan area for ease of cleaning. Easy operation for any beginner this modern appliance.

Great stove. The burners are nicely placed on top with a nice center burner for larger pots. The surface is easy to clean and very modern looking. Haven't tried the self-cleaning yet, but I'm sure it will do a good job.

My wife just use the range for the first time last night she was really impressed at how fast it took for it to warm up and to prepare our meal. She is very happy this is a very good product in my opinion.

I love this stove! top burners are easy to clean. I thought it would come with the center grill plate as I was shown in the store but it did not. Baking certain meats takes longer than the older gas stoves I'm not sure why. The two auto ignite burners click when 1st turned on and you must turn the dial to adjust heat and to make the clicking stop. And at times the flame after you turn on shoots a bit high so you need to make sure you are not too close to it. I wish the display wasnt on the back panel when you are short it is difficult to reach over pots pans to adjust and turn off and on so your under arm hits the pan ouch!

I bought this Range for a studio apartment I'm renting to a Millennial couple. They are both talented cooks and their assessment of the Range is that it is a "multi-talented honey".

Very nice looking easy to work with gas, for the price you can’t beat it. I just wish middle one had came with a iron cask on top for cooking stake or what not. But whatever. Overall very good

Really like the features including the self cleaning Oven.Purchased a Samsung dishwasher also for the kitchen. Best Buy was very helpful in helping me work out all the details.

For the price it’s a great range. I ordered it on 2/26 and after several appointments being cancelled by BB I finally received it on 3/27. Since there is a shelter in place order they could only leave it on the lawn. It took me a day to convert the oven from Natural gas to propane, and since it has a broiler burner inside the oven (which is great!) it took twice as long since that needs concerting too. I’ve never done that before but with the help of YouTube it was a hassle but not hard. The range itself is quite nice, although the middle burner is weaker than I’d thought it’d be. I might be able to adjust it, I’ll take a look at it at some point.

The wife is very happy with this. We have an extra burner and the thing is modern and beautiful. We paid $700 n change so we didn’t break the bank either.
