I paid $1500 and my kitchen smells like gas every time I turn the oven on. Not to mention I only bought this model because I needed a downdraft stive and it doesn't have that feature. Very disappointed

This product is amazing and my family loves it. However, there is no difference between this one and the free standing version except there's no back lip. For that, I had to pay double the price. That is disgusting.

I've had this range for 3 years now. I love it. It looks like a professional built-in range at a fraction of the price and it cooks very well. I had two issues with it. First: if the feet are not perfectly level, the gas flame will not be even and you will have uneven cooking ( hot spots ) and burns on one side of your pan. Second: you cannot use any type of scrub pad at all, even gently, as it will scratch/mar the surface of the stove ( scratches very easily ). The only service call I've had to make is now, after 3 year, one of the gas supply lines to a burner seems to be clogged and will not light. ( probably from a run-over of food).

Worse investement I made in my life. Less than year of purchase the display buttons are not working. Overprices, overated, useless electric strainless steel gas convection range.

Ignition did nor work right front burner and would suddenly ignite after buildup. Scary and dangerous. They are replacing whole stove. Will re-evaluate then

I love my new range. I have the gun barrel stainless or "black" stainless. It is very sleek and a total joy to cook on. Only one problem. I have bought several cleaning products that best buy associates recommended when I told them my problem. The water splashes or cooking spots will not come out. Windex seemed to be ok if you do light cooking. However, I love to cook more and there are more stains that will not come out. I called to see before I started heavy cooking about a cover to protect the finish under the burners. I was told no. Unfortunately, the beauty is marred due to the marks. I would love to see Samsung could provide a protective catcher for food splashes! I love how my cakes come out perfect and even with the convection oven. I love everything except I am concerned how my stove top will hold up. It is 3 months old now

Lots of problems and poor lifespan. We've had little issues since we got it- faulty knobs, digital board keeps freezing- and now that it's around 5 years old, the oven no longer reaches temp. We were told it's an ignitor issue ans the money to fix it is just not worth keeping this thing. Will never buy another Samsung appliance

Had it about two years. With respect to cooking oven and stove top it is 5 stars. The large burner is almost never used. The bottom warmer never used either but used every day for storage. Cons: I wish a blue light would come on when the range is on. Especially when on low, more than once we forgot to turn gas off. the timer should be louder.

Good overall. Affordable price, overall functions are good

I like the oven, the stove top is great. The problem is any minor brush against the control knobs ignites the flame. Check the consumer product safety government site, all Samsung stoves, gas and electric, with this design are having issues. There have been fires, close calls, and near misses. It happens at my house about twice a month.

This stove looks so great in my kitchen. I do wish that the middle burner was bigger. Called Samsung for that but told me I had to call the manufacture to order which is J&J International. I have yet to do that but still enjoy cooking on this stove.

Not too bad the only problem I see is the griddle in the middle the burner is a small burner it does not heat up as fast as I would like it to I have test and other ones that have larger burners and they heat up much quicker and evenly

The oven broke just after it was out of the 3 year warranty. It took forever to reach the set temperature and then failed to keep an even temperature.

After having for less then 2 years my oven broke while using the self clean function! Look up on Samsung support and it’s a common issue and guess what they don’t care and will not do a thing about it! If you do buy it anyways buy the extended warranty as the one you get lasts less then a year! The company is horrible, I will not buy from them again! Also good luck finding a repair person in your area from them!

I just purchased this range, and the timer volume is almost inaudible. I contacted Samsung and was told that it is the default setting and that the volume cannot be increased, rendering this feature all but useless. I noted a number of similar complaints on the internet.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My range is only 3 years old and the oven won’t heat up to temp and the broiler doesn’t work. Buyer be ware!
